The short answer is "lol, no." Any American bank account, paypal, etc all need your social security number. Ralph can move anywhere he wants but the second a court rules he owes and its obvious he has no intent on complying, his taxes will be gone after, his accounts, anything he has a lease on, etc. If they still can't get him, then they go after his property. They can seize and sell or give faith the sale value of stuff (which is way lower than market value, lol). So essentially the West Memphis crackshack of Ronnies will be a forced auction, and they could even take the Killstream IP and domain. At which point he would only be making it worse on himself by not complying because you start stacking financial crimes on the "being a shit father" tax known as child support enforcement.

From what I understand, the strategy is to let him keep failing at every opportunity because it builds the narrative he isn't serious about being a part of his child's life and and an easier argument for abandonment can be made.

It is possible but the areas of WV that would be cheaper for him are several 3-4 hours from Richmond. The areas of WV in the eastern panhandle that are “closer” to DC are mostly out of Gunt’s price range. (Charlestown, Harper’s Ferry, etc..). But places like Martinsburg, WV and some other areas that border Va would be cheaper for Gunt but put him a couple hundred miles away from Richmond.

I think WV is a very good possibility if he actually left the state of Virginia. Sisco is in WV and I could see him helping him to find a cheap place there.

Isn’t the Tard Fest Sisco is having in Romney, WV? They must know some guy with property wiling to host these idiots for free. Maybe he’s got some empty houses. I thought of a theory now looking at it. The hammer and the hole below it are either one or separate incidents of ragehogging.

He may have got mad at Sandra for not buying him booze before his 21st birthday and started smashing the wall with a hammer. He left the hammer in the wall for the final blow.

It's possible the hammer was a failed attempt at hanging up a picture frame because Ralph is inept at anything. But the hole I am certain was caused by rage.

We gotta get Ralph to talk about it.
