This IP gives an address for a Charter office. Just because there is a building for an ISP does not mean someone at that ISP used Wikipedia. The top location is the actual IP location, or an approximation of it. The top location of who I believe could be Lucas says London, Ontario. Chatham and London are over an hour apart, it’s unlikely to be a glitch or anything.

This is what NordVPN’s site gives for the IP. 151 York St, London, Ontario has an area code of N6A, so it may actually be Lucas since N6G is very close.
