Baked Alaska / Tim Treadstone / Tim Gionet / Anthime Joseph Gionet - White rapper, alt-right "activist", ex-Buzzfeed contributor; got arrested at the March for Trump, and a federal snitch

Even Styx believed this guy is an FBI informant.

People need to stop acting like retards and trusting people.
I don't even think he started out intending to snitch, he just has such shitty opsec he's free intel for the feds. Even the goddamn antifags know better than to film each other committing crimes (usually) and chase off camerafags recording that shit, even when they're "friendly." That's illegal and shitty behavior too, but at least rationally shitty.

If he goes around recording himself and others committing crimes in public and then putting it up on the Internet, imagine how stupid he gets in email where he thinks it's private.
1st Amendment doesn't cover trespassing/vandalism/breaking and entering (which is what the govt can at most stick some of the protesters with, legally). There's scuttlebutt about guards ushering some people in but I don't want to get derailed.
That's why they use it when they want to go after stuff like this, because your motive for trespassing is (legally) irrelevant. The issue is very simply where the property line is and whether you were on the wrong side of it. Period. If you try to introduce evidence of what you were protesting it will be excluded if the prosecutor does an even piss-weak job.

A lot of anti-nuke protesters learned this the hard way.

(One defense that frankly should have been at least considered by the court was "the cops waved us in" which a large number of them who didn't do shit like break into offices and steal mail have used.)
Before Fuentes found him groveling in the gutter in 2019 he was trying to appeal to the Left as an "ex racist" and trying to start an anti-racist NGO.
Fuentes should be considered an absolute joke for that alone. Never trust a traitor. He never honestly changed his mind because he doesn't give a shit about anything he espouses. It's all for the grift.

When even SJWs think someone is too much of a snake for them, you should beware.

Yes. If I was at court for the Captiol storm I would just play stupid and blame it on Trump and the Capitol Police:

"I am just a dumb Trump supporting redneck. Trump told me to go to the Capitol and then the cops just opened the gates and we went inside as the then POTUS commanded us to do."

Honestly it sounds like he got off pretty lightly if you read the statement of facts and the judgement.

And nowhere is terrorism mentioned in his case, AFAICS.
the guilt by association for terrorism was used specifically by the US attorney in his sentencing hearing to ask for a harsher punishment of 18 months, while admitting he did not commit terrorism. you should be charged and sentenced based on your crime, not how your crime is portrayed on CNN.
excerpts from the prosecutor:

Stating intention and going to extreme lengths towards committing a serious crime is, and should be, punishable.
yes, but it doesn't mean everyone around you is guilty of the same thing or that it was indicative of a coup attempt or legitimate 'threat to democracy'

Many people who were there at the rally got encouraged and swept along and just wandered in to the building after the cops had fallen back and the entrances were busted down. Those people got charged with trespass etc, and I can’t see any in that category who served any jail time at all.

When some went to the seat of government with a confirmed plan to kill various elected officials, prevent the peaceful transfer of power, carrying or with weapons cached nearby, and there’s gallows and pipebombs on the scene, I don’t think it’s really a stretch to call that domestic terrorism or armed insurrection.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes, as they say.
Like I said been a while since I checked in, but is every person who was held for a length of time or is currently being held harboring plans to assassinate govt officials or sell illegally modified weapons? Going by the hysterics surrounding Jan 6th, I'd guess probably not. I'd guess there are plenty of people who got bent over for walking into the building because of whatever little thing the govt could get them on, while rats like Baked will skate along.

january 12th 2023? that's like 4 months away. why do courts take so long on this stuff
I think courts work on Jew time - men’s gotta stretch those billable hours, so everything takes fucking forever. Pretty much the same as being trapped behind a line of alcoholics at the petrol station, each buying a scratch card, scratching it and then buying another, all day Monday to Friday. In this case, the alcoholics are Goldsteins and scratch cards are an insatiable lust for wealth. I have no idea how courts work.

The govt is holding some of these people on suspicion of "domestic terrorism" which is a travesty. But this sort of tyrannical punishment for walking onto govt property or gathering to protest would be 5x worse if Americans weren't armed. Still should have been politician blood in the streets a dozen times over in the past decade.
Your pussy ar15 isnt going to do anything against a predator drone.

I have a family member who is involved in a white collar criminal case, and the court date has been kicked down the road numerous times to the point where the case has now been ongoing for 5+ years. Baked is being given a short timeline.

Sorry to double post but people who think the US govt would glass its population are dumber than Baked.
