Nah, looks like something used as database table key (could be some GUID, hashed crap) and it's unique per player (name can be not unique). WWEC API supports both user name queries (DownFromTheRafters) or this ID.

Wow good job for posting this because I just found something massive from this. If you search DownFromTheRafters on the WWE Champions website then click on his name, then stop the website from refreshing the information by pressing the x button in the top left instead of displaying nothing you get a bunch of data on Phil's account. This motherfucker has logged in consecutively 1637 days in a row!!!! Like fucking hell, how do you log in that many days in a row into a game. He's also in a faction called "Sons of Smackdown". Unfortunately you can't archive this page because the information showing seems to be an error.

Total win percentage 99.4%. Geez I see why he spends so much money. He's so bad at games generally speaking. He's so desperate to feel like the best at something that he'll pay however much it takes to win and be on top. Its the only way he can feel validated
