I should make a rule where if you complain about a thread not being featured you just get banned automatically.

Post a TTS thread with a link to the outcome. Chris going to court is not a happening. Chris has been going to court every 4 months for the last 10 years since the site was up. If something actually happens, then it's a happening.

It's not even a trial. It's a grand jury trial. They're asking a grand jury if there's enough evidence to indict Chris for the crime. So we'll get a yes/no and then it moves down the road by another 4 months. Grand Juries are not super juries that are more cool and important than regular juries. There much less at stake than a normal trial.
And yet this trial is enough to close registrations.

I'm actually surprised Chris ain't getting out today, I subscribe to the theory the Prosecution underestimated Chris' tardness, gave him a relatively slap on the wrist plea deal which the lawyer would tell Chris to accept, but Chris, never once having to face the consequences of his actions for his four decades on Earth, thinks he can worm his way out of this squeeky clean yet again.

so how was it sent to grand jury, was our theory correct that chris was arrogant enough to not plea out guilty.
was the judge and courthouse so tired of chris and the weens bullshit they want to make an example out of him
maybe the evidence was so disturbing they feel they have no choice. i imagine in that small town, they almost never get crimes this disgusting.

We don't know, and we may never know. I don't think it was to "make an example of him" on courtroom behavior though, because you can't make an example of someone's behavior in a closed hearing.

Like I said, either there was a deal and Chris screwed it up so now there's a felony, there still is a deal but it involves a felony, or there was always a felony in the cards but Heilberg stalled the process for some reason.

So 10 years to life at this point, y'allthinks?
Not a full ten, but definitely more than a year.

All bets are off if Chris decides to unintentionally add 'contempt of court' to his charges which I'm certain he's going to do at some point.

Also, something I don't know if it's been mentioned yet or not, but doesn't Chris lose the tugboat if he's charged with a felony?

And yet this trial is enough to close registrations.
And do this:

Incest would be easy to prove, but rape gets trickier. There’s only one real witness: Barb herself. Can you see her taking the stand against Chris? Even if she was lucid enough to testify, would she? I doubt it.

Also, given her mental state, her literally asking Chris for sex and/or isn’t out of the question. And that’s where Chris being a retard comes into play because he doesn’t understand how dementia works and what their confused state can lead them to do. Chris may have honestly thought that Barb was a willing participant.
/sigh okay let’s try watching what actually happens. When they found Bard she was rushed to the Hospital where she spent weeks. They don’t need her testimony for anything. Guaranteed some sharp cognitive decline is among her diagnosis. Plus they have the condition she was found in.

And if she’s suffering a cognitive decline, and Chris sticks his dick in it, while knowing this, it’s a form of rape. Even if she asks for it. Statutory Rape isn’t just for kids. The obligation is on the turbo tard to not stick his dick in his elderly mother.
