That's a Grande Jury, or more properly, Jury los Grande. Common mistake.Don't lie to these tards.
A grand jury is just like a regular jury, except there is a requirement of being 6'4" or taller or 400lbs+.

Jail is unironically the best place for him. They are essentialy modern day insane asylums. Chris will be fed, have a place to stay, and be told what to do. If they allowed him to have toys, he would be in paradise. Outside of prison, Chris is in danger of not only being exposed to Internet shenanigsns but would not have a home.Jail is probably the best place for him. It'll be like his new high school without the Gal Pals (well maybe if you count the other troons).
From what I can remember Chris is incapable of creative thought. Everything he imagines is at most a distorted derivative of a cartoon, sitcom or other flavor of soy slop. And it's truly amazing, that in jail, which is incredibly boring, that he can't even come up with anything better.
I agree it's likely he would have been offered a deal and rejected it, Heilberg is an accomplished attorney with a long career and it would've been most irresponsible of him to not pursue an arrangement that lets Chris plea out to time served. A plea deal could still be on the table after the grand jury has its say but with so much time elapsed already you'd think that avenue would have been explored already. If felony charges are recommended Chris will be facing a much worse deal if one is even offered. He probably either rejected a plea deal or this is part of his plea deal.
It's kinda silly how everything in Chris' life is declared a "Saga", but when you go with that segmentation of Chris' life, you can actually tell that every segment gets significantly and progressively worse than the one before. It is just fascinating to see how this went from kinda stupid kid in rednecks paradise to slightly disturbing guy living in a hoarders house to annoying people with sexual stuff to trooning out to fucking his own mother to going to jail. Wow, what a ride. Looking at the timeline sure let's you shudder - and let's you stare in awe how hard someone can fuck up his life.
Whenever I went back to check what was happening, Chris somehow was able to lower the bar a little bit more, and I think he can manage to lower it even more.
I'm sorry if this has been asked and answered already, but it with the size of this subforum, you simply lose track of such info.Jail is unironically the best place for him. Asylums were truly a blessing for the mentally ill. All they needed was reform instead of dismantling. Some mentally ill people cannot safely survive or function in society without a caretaker and nursing homes are not a substitute.

My guess is he's rejected any deals. The charge could have gone either misdemeanor or felony, and I can only imagine his defense trying to get him to plea down to the misdemeanor which would have had him probably released on time served as he's already been held for a year.Currently speculation, but there's not many other ways it could have happened. The way that they are handling this case is quite unusual. He probably either rejected a plea deal or this is part of his plea deal.
Unless the disorderly conduct cases you mentioned include the GameStop "Unlawful release of dangerous gas" charges that got plead down to a misdemeanor, that's something to also keep in mind.My guess is he's rejected any deals. The charge could have gone either misdemeanor or felony, and I can only imagine his defense trying to get him to plea down to the misdemeanor which would have had him probably released on time served as he's already been held for a year.
Grand jury = felony proceedings and Mom/Son incest is a class 5 felony that carries a maximum penalty of 10 years and given the sporadic chaos Chris has wreaked on Ruckersville; I haven't kept track, but off the top of my head it's something like 3 or 4 disorderly conducts, various trespassing charges, the 2011 hit and run at the Game Place, several cases of vandalism, several incidents of shoplifting.. I'm forgetting some.. but the point being that the courts and legal system have been more than accommodating and lenient with Chris and he's going to do a hard stretch. I'm predicting 3-5 years and that he'll be transferred back to the mental hospital in the first 6 months of his sentence and he won't get out.
Well, it wouldn’t be Chris, it would be his lawyer. But it’s a perfectly valid legal argument.I wouldn't be surprised if he tries that in a trial.
The deciding point here is how badly does the dementia have to be to constitute as sufficient mental impairment that one loses the ability to consent, and if Barb meets that criteria. Chris could probably argue that Barb was assessed to be well enough to live on her own and even drive, which suggests that she might not be impaired enough to be unable to consent. Even if they prove that Barb has dementia, it's not going to be as easy to prove rape as many assume.
I definitely think dismantling the asylums was the Reagan-era GOP's biggest L.Asylums were truly a blessing for the mentally ill. All they needed was reform instead of dismantling. Some mentally ill people cannot safely survive or function in society without a caretaker and nursing homes are not a substitute.
But where would we be if he hadn't done as such?I definitely think dismantling the asylums was the Reagan-era GOP's biggest L.
nah, he'll go to regular prison like Nick Bates did.
now if he gets charged as a rapist or sex offendor, he may very well go to the MAP wing of the prison.
that was established because so many MAPs were getting killed in prison that they needed to be in that wing to not die.
most pedophiles that die in prison weren't in the map wing because they went back to jail for some other crime after serving their sentence.
I know it's hardly a reliable source, but in one of recent letters(the one where he says that Bella didn't coerce him into anything) Chris claimed that Barb wasn't interviewed due to her mental state. It kinda conflicts with her being lucid enough to drive a car and live on her own, but people say that dementia isn't that simple, people can do their everyday routine while being absolutely disconnected from reality. The Barb factor. Even assuming that Barb is found 100% competent and she WAS raped by a horny tard, there’s still a good chance Barb won’t testify. They’ve basically been a married couple for a decade and a mother and son for four. Asking Barb to help send Chris behind bars is a tall order.
Enjoying a peace from all this evil. But where would we be if he hadn't done as such?
I called and got proof for you fellow Kiwis
Edit for the Kiwis that didn't know, I have the coof and my nose and mind is fucked to hell.
In most states a grand jury is just the prosecutor presenting whatever evidence he wants to the jury. Even evidence that might be inadmissible. The goal is just to see if there is a possibility the state can prove it's case in a trial. The defendant isn't even there and no defense is put on. Hence the saying "you can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich."
Edit* to clarify, in some states a defendant or defense attorney may be present, it depends, but they would basically just be there to watch.
Good eye! Here is link to Chris' vineline
It still lists him in custody, but there would likely be a delay either way.
It appears the Prosecutor will be presenting the case to a Grand Jury for Felony Indictment, and the case will be moved out of Family and Juvenile Court to the big boy Circuit Court. This means Chris stays in jail. That one year rule only applied to the special Family Court which could only deal with misdemeanors.
The good news for us is Circuit Court proceedings are unlikely to be closed to the public.
The suspicion is Chris once again found a way to fuck himself. Likely by refusing a plea deal.
I should make a rule where if you complain about a thread not being featured you just get banned automatically.
Post a TTS thread with a link to the outcome. Chris going to court is not a happening. Chris has been going to court every 4 months for the last 10 years since the site was up. If something actually happens, then it's a happening.
It's not even a trial. It's a grand jury trial. They're asking a grand jury if there's enough evidence to indict Chris for the crime. So we'll get a yes/no and then it moves down the road by another 4 months. Grand Juries are not super juries that are more cool and important than regular juries. There much less at stake than a normal trial.
Redditors and Discord kittens joining. THERE IS NOTHING TO FEATURE. A NORMAL PERSON USING THIS SITE THAT DOES NOT FOLLOW CHRIS HAS NO REASON TO READ THIS FUCKING THREAD. Chris is awaiting a Grand Jury decision, what the fuck do they need to see?
1970’s bleeding heart liberal: “CLOSE ASYLUMS! It’s INHUMANE!”But where would we be if he hadn't done as such?
though i imagine most non pedos in prison can establish a group of freinds within the prison.TLDR: Chris will be fine. His biggest pain will be only having a prison tablet and the common room TV and missing his toys. Granted, that is a rough deal for Chris, but he isn’t going to get neither raped, beaten or murdered.
He pulled a Baked Alaska and said he'd take the deal to go home but was innocent. It was explained to him that he could go to trial if he maintained his innocence and he agreed despite being told over and over by his lawyer that he should just admit guilt, that the case against him was airtight as there was a recorded confession, and he just upgraded his misdemeanor to big boy court where he can get real time. You guys think Chris fucked up a plea deal by either confessing to 'spirit binding' with Barb or outright refusing to say he's guilty?
When he made a plea deal for the fsilure to stop thing with our merchant friend Snyder he almost fucked it up by calling snyder a liar who didn't deserve a red cent. Which the judge ignored.
I 100% believe this might've went down here.
i don't think he was using it for anything. So it sounds like they can/are holding him in jail for more then a year? Its not mentioned in the FAQ but I thought someone said that the tugboat could be suspended for that reason? If he was using it for commissary up until this point, that could another rude awakening, yeah?
The cowardice in chris makes me think he accepted the dealCurrently speculation, but there's not many other ways it could have happened. The way that they are handling this case is quite unusual. He probably either rejected a plea deal or this is part of his plea deal.
The cowardice in chris makes me think me accepted the deal
The delusional arrogance makes me think he rejected it
It’s prison man. There’ll be plenty of people who did fucked up things.though i imagine most non pedos in prison can establish a group of freinds within the prison.a guy who raped his mom will be a pariah and miss that social interaction making prison even worse than it normally is.
Inmate accounts can’t always be trusted, because they have a certain vested interest in pointing out how they made have done X but “hey! They weren’t a pedo and in fact, those chomos were CURBSTOMPED YO!” (Jail stories in general are often exaggerated because what is the listener going to do? Fact check them?)when FPS Kyle went to prison he talked about his friend Snow who said, when he was in medium "they knew how to handle the chomos."
There is a middle ground between being buddy buddy with someone and murdering them and beating them up: Ignoring them.so i assume pedos or chomos don't get treated very well by the other prisoners, even if they aren't killed.
edit: and why would you treat them well, they are scum. and there's no incentive to treat them well, imagine being accused of being "friends with the chomos."
