The most glaring thing about Monkeypox coverage is how they absolutely refuse to use one of their favourite "don't question the narrative" tools and sprinkle in the magical phrase of "...which disproportionately affects people in the LGBTQ* community.".

*Obviously replace LGBTQ with any of the progressive's favoured 'underrepresented' overrepresented groups such as BIPOC, Trans, Latinx, Communists, Pedophiles, Rapists, Murderers or Game Journalists.

I think one of the funniest things about the whole situation is that you can really tell, REEE posters are walking on egg shells when they post. They are walking a tight rope over a volcano. Hoping they are not the virgin that gets thrown in it.
All the posters there know, what the real problem is. Gay's can't stop having orgys in bathhouses and the ones who get hold of kids end up passing a visual mark on to their victims. I've suffered through this, but because of ADHD. I eventually forced myself to finish one of the games I restarted multiple times. It's a YMMV type of thing. Although, I don't expect normal people to restart multiple times. Only weirdos like myself do I see it happening with.

Dislike this post because this was the game I restarted multiple times and then beat because I found myself enamored with the combat after learning how to play it properly. It was as if I had the PB&J for my fake autism. She's hung up on a story related thing when it's game. They should have a third forum to dissect story related issues because there are multiple people, like me, that prioritize game play nine times out of ten.

I dunno, they might have a point there. the problem is that the game's success will set a precedent for all future blizzard projects and that they might pivot and eventually completely move towards gachashit. Also remember that this is the first time they're allowed to have a negative opinion over this as the "Herald of the Apocalypse" was shat on by the media for speaking before his turn (even tho he did nothing but underscore that blizzard had nothing to show except a shitty mobile game in their entire lineup).

I think Blizzard has enough sense to know that this P2W shit will not fly in a $60-70 boxed product, and will not fly with the people who regularly buy the PC/console Diablo titles. Diablo Immortal is a different product for a different audience. Plenty of other developers have shitty microtransaction-driven versions of their major franchises, and don't let that stuff bleed into the PC/console version.
