So....Fat Crazy Retard is struggling to get drugs not to be fat and crazy instead of just not stuffing her fucking pie hole and maybe getting out of the depression stank hole that is her apartment and doing something constructive with her life. Retard doesn't like drugs unless they are the easier way to get munchie clout. Better buy more nasty pussy spray if your are gonna start sharting your pants (more).

Oh yeah, FatAl’s riding on the beetus express. As if we all didn’t know anyway.

And, she’s got another brand new shiny diagnoses to add to her collection: TMJ! Not sugar rotted teeth AT All.

The decomposition arc accelerates...
Noooo, she doesn’t have diabetes! You see, she’s spending $1000 a month on a medication so she can lose…14 pounds.

Amber, no one is goddamn stupid enough to believe a word of this.

She has been looking for Ozempic since Chantal lost weight last year, completely missing the point that that isn’t how our little coke fiend lost weight.

Something I just realized: what if she's so behind on videos to give herself a buffer? Maybe she really does have videos prepared up to date in real time, but she's three or four weeks behind on uploading them in case she needs to be in the hospital for a certain amount of time. This way, she can continue clicking "Upload" from the hospital bed without having to admit where she is.
She's lazy and she wants to able to have some free time to binge eat for a week.

Well, she DID say that the wanted to lose 14 pounds to lose 100 pounds...
Ozempic wont help this retard lose shit.

She has already said the when she "binges" she is already full but keeps shoveling it in her pie-hole. She doesn't remember what hungry feels like. Those of us that have had some thin times in the big bad world know the difference between "hungry" and "wanting to eat." When I was putting myself through school sometimes I had so little money I would go days without eating...that is hungry. However, there are times when I am not hungry but I still want to midlessly jam food in my face-hole while I am studying, bored, frustrated...that is wanting to eat. This Retard always just "Wants to eat". Ozempic wont help if you eat until your stomach is ready to burst on a regular basis. It merely makes you not "hungry" and does nothing for "Wanting to eat".

Like love...this Fat Retard will find a way to overcome and power through the biochemistry of Ozempic and still remain a fat retard. Maybe the thousand bucks she spends on it will prevent her from gorging on take out as much so I guess that counts as an "off-label" effect.

It was discussed a few pages back about putting her on ADHD medication to suppress her appetite, but it was pointed out that she was on something before and ATE THROUGH IT. She knows she isn't hungry and she knows that being on Ozempic for weight loss won't do anything. But it is totally not to manage her beetus you guies.

I typed a huge rant paragraph and ended up just wanting to keep my comments simple.
To summarize from a Nurses perspective:
  1. I’ve never seen Ozempic prescribed for a person who wasn’t pre diabetic or diabetic (it is used for weight loss but only in those with pre diabetes from my experience )
  2. yes you can take estrogen after a hysterectomy related to cancer.
  3. They probably have her on it because of her GIGANTIC risk for osteoporosis.
  4. No pharmacist in their right mind would ever say Something so unprofessional to someone, it was Dr. Google telling her not to take her meds.
  5. Her tooth fell out because she’s gross and has bad hygiene
  6. She’s annoying and I can’t fucking stand her
Edit: bonus point, going cold turkey off of lithium is so extremely dangerous and unhealthy i can’t even process how she does this all the time (and finds a way to transfer blame from herself to her “psychologist”)

*Ozempic is only recommended for people living with non-insulin-dependent diabetes (typically type 2 diabetes).*

Edit TobyFromtTheOffice beat me!

She is correct that Ozempic has been recently approved for weight loss and weight management. However I have only ever seen it prescribed for this purpose in those with pre diabetes as a short term solution to stop them from developing full on diabetes and reverse their A1C. She either has diabetes and is using this as treatment or has pre diabetes and is lying about that using this to aid in weight loss and glucose management. However it is prescribed for those who are pre diabetic.

Ozempic is definitely prescribed off-label for weight loss and it (semaglutide) was approved last year under the brand name Wegovy for long-term weight management in diabetic AND non-diabetic people.

While she IS most likely lying about the reason she's taking Ozempic (lol you're obviously type 2 diabetic, Hammy) it's disingenuous to say that it's not prescribed to non-diabetics for weight loss.

(My mom's been taking it for the past year and has lost 70lbs and I am actually legit worried about how thin she's gotten.)

Far be it for me to question the wisdom of a nurse but you can’t actually make that claim until you know what type of uterine cancer she had as it is entirely dependent on that. If it is BRCA uterine cancer then yes it absolutely does put her at risk of developing breast cancer and would not be recommended. Facts be facts, brah.

Anyway, regarding Ozempic as part of the general discussion here, one of the things that makes you lose weight is that some foods will make you feel bloated and full in an uncomfortable way. This is precisely why Chantal quit using it immediately. It made her feel like shit and also have no appetite … and her psychological desire to eat overpowered her desire to live into middle age. Love that for her and for ALR (inevitably). Also, yeah, she totally has diabetes.
