Phil has shown recently that he is definitely not above completely humiliating himself it means he can avoid the consequences of his actions. Him weeping and claiming to be an alcoholic to avoid getting beating and him breaking down in tears when responding to Howard's criticism of him monetizing his friend's death being 2 recent examples.

I fully believe Phil would have been on stream crying about being a gambling addict and rolling in pitytardbucks already if it weren't for the spectre of bankruptcy fraud looming over him.

Rest assured though some years down the line, when his back's against the wall and he thinks he can get away with it, he'll be on stream rattling his cup while teary eyed, telling the tale of how he lost everything to his addiction and it wasn't his fault and he needs YOUR support. DSP should look up the word "conspiracy." Accusing a lone man of lying to a camera for personal benefit cannot be a "conspiracy theory," whether it is 100% true or 100% false.

DSP's excuses and goalpost moving remind me of John Wayne Gacy's death penalty appeal attempts (after dozens of bodies being found buried under his house, and being convicted of many felonies).

It wasn't covid or boomers or dumb creditors or because phil is a secret mastermind or because the judge sucked or pigluck. Phil got his debt discharged for one reason and one reason only.

99% of chapter 7 cases that go before a judge are granted. Its a not a criminal investigation, the court is mostly there to protect the rights of the person filing.

My theory is DSP gave his attorney a wildly-exaggerated version of all the detractors out to ruin his life, she then warned the judge with those same seemingly dubious and exaggerated claims and then voila, they showed up during a COURT HEARING validating everything he told them about the crazy detractors. When that happened his other exaggerated claims suddenly seem more plausible.

Regardless they definitely had a positive effect for DSP if only to shut down the microtransaction questions.

Looking at today I believe he could of actually been pushed with the right person to say he had a gambling addiction. I think he might of attributed wrongly or rightly the slow streams recently to him retardedly showing WWE Champions, today it sounded like he was desperately saying wtf can I do to get your money.

It does feel like when things are winding down he might pull the "gambling addict" but we will likely get the blame, "dood its the only time I can play games and not feel stressed due to trolls."

This may be TMI, but fuck it! I'm training to be a R.N. While I can't clinically diagnose, as it's out of my scope of practice, I can say this: Phil, self diagnosing is stupid and DANGEROUS!!! A GP can refer you to a otolaryngologist (ENT) to see what the issue is and give you medication to stop the ear infection, but saying that "Oh, just give me drugs." to the ENT, it's a HUGE red flag.

They don't know if you're a med seeker, whether you're allergic to certain medication, etc...that's why they need to see you in person. You're basically asking someone to risk losing their license and face jail time because you're too fucking lazy to go see a Goddamn specialist.

Also, a page 2 Google search isn't as good as someone that spent a decade or more in school. Also, you don't know if that certain medication you're begging for can cause serious side effects! Not just that, but also long term effects to your physical health.

That rant out of the way, Phil being the smartest man on the planet, decided "Fuck doctors orders, I'm just gonna order headphones that look like a toilet. What do doctors know? I'm just as smart as a doctor."

He really wants to avoid doctors. The question is whether this is because he is poor and can't pay the bill or because he is a manchild.
