So guys...you are aware that the "I'm a girl" line comes in the less than flawless ending right?

In the flawless ending he doesn't say that. So he's not "trans" in that ending.

Surprised no one else has brought this up.
Usually the endings you have to work the hardest for tend to be the true endings, so it is very easy to interpret the "I'm a girl" line as Bridget succumbing to his own grooming by his family whereas the flawless ending depicts him overcoming his own demons and allowing himself to flourish as who he truly is, a dude.
In other words, HOLY FISH BASED.

For real, they left out this context, and now they are coping about it, claiming it makes Bridget Non-Binary or some other nonsense like that.

Lol as if anyone cares about the "true" ending. Bridget is forever a tranny now. It's over, the character is destroyed. Might as well troon out all the other gender bending characters now too because that's what's going to happen anyway.

I'm retarded and can't find anything about the true ending, you got any links?

Not with that attitude.

Seriously though. It does show the horrid disconnect, and as always shows how evil the Woke really is.
They are saying that they are fine with grooming.
The mask always comes off in the end.

that hasnt been the case for strive, you can look up anything about the arcade endings and nobody classifies them as "good" "bad" or "true" until this one.

watching all of bridgets its pretty clear they are meant to build off each other and tell one narrative.

even if we look at the stage 7 flawless win it talks about Bridget running away and being lost....so the question is what could the character possibly be lost about at this point? Bridget brought great wealth to the village, and proved the superstitoin wrong...yet the character is lost and running away, and turning away from thier true self

so then you look at the stage 7 loss and whats teh dialouge about...bridget not being thier true self, thinking being quite would work out(bridget has never been quite about being a man in the actual games, so its not reffering to that) bridget talks about how much it hurts and how they havent even told the parents.

when we get to the stage 8 flawless run bridget talks about how ky went public with gears and being afraid of what people would say, ky responds about how he wasnt afraid and didnt want to lie to himself or his family. bridget responds with "I wish I could be like you"

so the question is what does stage 8 flawless say about bridget? the characters has aready been out about being a boy, and has proven the village superstition is bull, so what is the character afraid of in context of kys words?

and then the stage 9 ending is living true to yourself no matter what others think, and that it still scares bridget a little.

so once again what is the context of stage 9 dialouge? bridget has been living as an out and sucessful femboy for a long time at this point, why would the character be having a confidence issue? why would living as your true self be a problem still? why would the character care what peope say at this point, why when told in stage 8 bridget wishes they could be like ky(who states he doesnt want to lie to himself)

you guys are free to come to your own conculsioins, but the flawless run just seems more subtle, but still the same topic. the loss scenes just seem more diagoue heavy, like bridget losing the fights forces the character to have more direct realizations or something.

the character has been a sucessful femboy bounty hunter who brought wealth to the village and disproved its superstions, and despite that all the flawless run dialouge is about the character being lost, afraid to be thier trueself and how they want to be honest about who they really are like Ky. I dont see how you could read this stuff as it being about bridget being happy as a femboy if im being honest.

Are you telling me that this entire debacle was caused all by some fucking losers getting the bad ending in fucking arcade. Holy shit i'm tilted.

Pretty much yeah.

I don't see why Strive is woke aside from I-No's design and Testament in addition to Bridget (but that's debatable that he's even trans now lol).

But yeah just...no Bridget doesn't seem to be trans outside of a less than perfect ending.

The true ending or perfect ending brings in a good argument to the debacle too because of the line "I want to live as my true self...!" because if you say this is Bridget coming to terms that he's a girl then you can argue "How do you know? Do you know what Bridget's true self is?". You cannot really assume that Bridget becoming a girl is Bridget's true self because then that's you assuming or force your assumption onto a fictional character someone else made. You cannot say Bridget wants to become a girl and that is his true self because that is a groomer route (Telling someone who they are and pretty much pushing them into it). The perfect ending forces you to take the knee because we don't know what Bridget's true self is, and you can't say you know what Bridget truly is without being Bridget so it is up for the air of what Bridget means by his "true self". Aka (just fucking agree to say Bridget is He, She, or They, or fucking yeye and yoyo)

Either way I'd say this debacle is finished from my point of view, only chicken bickering will be squawked out from those now. Anyone questions you one why you call Bridget he, give them the "perfect ending" it is not our right to assume what a fictional character made by Daisuke "true self" is unless you're desperate for validation of your pitiful existence. I take my exit and say fuck trans people if they really want to push the agenda that they know of what Bridget's true self is.

Yeah exactly accepting the masculine and femine parts of one self becoming and a troon and those that think that are weak willed and smooth brained
Edit: and especially considering for how long Bridget was trying to be more masculine, I am more inclined to believe that its him accepting that aspect of himself is as valid as the masculine part than "LOL HE'S A WOMAN LIKE THE VILLAGE TOLD HIM TO THINK TO BE FAGGOT"

I had the sudden consideration after seeing the flawless ending in context now that maybe everyone on the internet is horribly overthinking it and getting too caught up in the pronoun business when maybe the answer is as simple as Bridget's fucking gay.

Like, usually all that "fear of being the true self" type of business in weeb shit is metaphors for being stuck in the closet. Bridget sure seemed awfully enamored by Ky in that flawless ending too.

As funny as it is, I think the bad/true ending stuff is just cope. The damage is already done, and you're going to have to listen to reddit and twitter tourists who only jumped on the series at -STRIVE- for the next several months jump up and down about how "Bridget is our character now" while ignoring how fucking dumb this arc actually is for his character because they have no other context.
