I am very curious about the legal ins and outs of the "In Minecraft" defense. I'd love if one of those Youtube guys that does like interrogation footage analysis would do a breakdown on it. Like it seems shaky but like, anyone can replicate anything in Minecraft and the government can't make it illegal for someone to say "I'm gonna blow up my Minecraft white house with a bunch of TNT" because that's a thing someone could do without hurting anyone.

And I'm certainly no legal kiwi - let alone a youtube lawyer - but to me it seems like you're right, overall.

However. My point is that while you may eventually be cleared of all charges in the end, or that such 1st Amendment issues make even bringing such charges an impossibility, the process of the investigation would be punishment enough.

The thing about that is that there can be a warrant that can prohibit you from disclosing that there is a warrant. My point is that there should be a general canary including warrants that could disappear if something serious is going on that you are prohibited from talking about. The thing about taking the canary into the coal mine is that you do it regularly and if the canary dies you bail.

It seemd he would release a monthly report on whats going on. I wondered what happend to those reports, that's why I, and probably others, asked. If you had read the statements Null made you might have noticed that they are more then warrant canaries, retard.
