I honestly wish there was more of a open discussion around this as well, Chris isn't capable of looking at porn in a "normal" way he will always find a way to make it a core part of his persona i.e. The Love Quest, and also be disturbingly open with it online and in public - there has to be a point where as a society people step in an say "Your not normal / incapable of being normal as such your not allowed to do this for your own good, and the wider good of society" this can and should be included in the discussion around Chris and Chris like people being included in wider society as they are clearly not capable of being included on there own without significant help.
Yeah, it’s not really a conversation I want to be the guy pushing for, but Chris obviously has a really fucked up sex drive if you could even call it that. People say he does things (like raping Barb) because he’s “horny” but I think that’s too simple. The physical urges always seemed weirdly separate from his weirdest displays of his sexuality, which feel mostly like he’s desperately trying to prove that he’s mature and knows inside details about sex. It’s like he had a drive for human connection, he know yaking his pud feels good, and he finds porn interesting but they run on three separate tracks in his head where a normal person would have them closely tied together.

I’d like to propose a theory that as punishment the judge will give Chris movie tickets to see the upcoming movie Oldies… Although I haven’t seen either, I hear it’s like cuties but instead it’s about geezers shaking their asses instead
And you think Chris would consider this punishment why?

If character assessments were part of deliberations, Chris would be doing life.
Life nothing. He’d get the cross.

Even being forced to stop his stupid exorcism at Western State crossed a line, because it was a 'violation of his higher authority' in his mind, I'd bet.
I wish people would stop pushing this. Chris didn't "perform an exorcism" at the hospital, he merely saw crazy or seizures in patients and thought those people were possessed by demons from what is written in the bible.

Also I see people claiming Chris said Barb is shacked up with some redneck guy. That was just Chris trying to come up with reasons to get Barb out of the house and her running off with some hick guy is something he thinks she can do.

Not even that; he was calling her stubbornness “redneck.” As in it is a redneck attribute she possesses.

Even at the time of his diagnosis it wasn't an official part of the Autisim Diagnosis it was just used to mean "Isn't banging his head into the wall and drinking from a sippy cup all day, can talk and do other basic tasks with supervision and training". Barb and Bob took that to mean Chris was akin to rainman in some way they haven't discovered yet and carried on reinforcing that far past the point hope should have let them.
That and adamantly refusing to reconcile with the reality of their son being a retard. Chris did not refuse to speak until six year's old after suffering trauma at the hands of a babysitter despite having miraculously uttered intelligible words at only a few months, he was simply unable and his parents lied to cover for him.

So as someone who is a tard wrangler at a group home, and a follower of christory since about 2011, allow me to explain some of the other things he may get annoyed with based on what I have seen working several facilities.

Limited to no internet access: No ability to watch the shows he wants or if he can, only for limited intervals (strictly enforced), no porn (also strictly enforced), and heavily restricted access to social media (usually only if you behave, although all facilities are different).

The amount of "slow in the mind" people he will be around: lets be honest here, Chris has been vocal in the past that he views himself as better than other people with autism (and maybe down syndrome). Imagine Chris in a home where he had to deal with individuals with down syndrome, autism, schizophrenia, and various other mental or developmental (there is a difference based on diagnosis) disabilities. Now imagine him living there for up to 5 years. It was posted in his jail letter that he may have tried to perform an exorcism on someone while at the mental hospital under heavier guard, now picture that at a group home which can have as few as one staff to ten residents.

Roommates: the facility I currently work at sleeps two residents to a room. Just picture Chris getting put with someone with lower functioning autism than him, who doesn't buy into the merge, or just rages even more than Chris does, or, well, any other number of reasons.

Food: at my facility, they may get some type of fast food (or any type of restaurant food) once a month. The rest is government approved sodexo/sysco/whoever the lowest bidder is, food that I would consider worse than what I got in all the MREs I've eaten (vomlet excluded). Although, knowing Chris, he may actually appreciate the TVP, as its mostly soy, so this could potentially be a plus.

Communication: while I am not sure what group homes are like in Virginia, where I work, communication is heavily restricted. Monitored calls to prevent asking for things that they can't have, monitored outgoing mail (there's a story to why that happened), as well as incoming mail so that no contraband gets in. Obviously this would prevent Chris from begging as much (although to quote Jeff Goldblum "life finds a way") if the screen them, but I have no way of knowing if they would actually screen his letters at whatever facility he goes to, however, if any of his letters are brought up in trial, they might.

Feel free to address any questions and or concerns, and I'll respond to the best of my knowledge.
chris would no doubt get kicked out very quickly

9AM and none of the hearings from yesterday have results posted. Still too early if this "sealing" nonsense is going to fuck the docket access up (probably will). *sigh*

Reactions: Hot HOT HOTTT
Honestly just that. Usually the computers are in a communal area as well, and, well, nobody wants to see that (we're still forced to at times).
Quoting to ask a (slightly) related question. Thanks for offering your insight, by the way.

What happens if the facility determines that Chris is incompatible with their treatment options? What behaviors might lead to this?

Ex: Chris is physically abusive to a wrangler. I know that wranglers are trained to handle this and almost expect it, particularly with more difficult autism cases. However, if it happens consistently, can Chris be sent to a more secure facility? Back to jail? How many times would it have to happen, to your best estimate? What if he is abusive to other tards? What if the abuse is sexual? Etc.

Basically, what are the consequences Chris can reasonably face for tarding out too hard, and what are the limits that he can be reasonably expected to cross?

he will get away with this
And worse yet, he will have learned nothing from this. He will continue to see himself as the victim. I am hoping for that tiny chance that the motion is denied.

Calling it now. We have reached the end of Christory. Chris' case is sealed. We will never see another whisper of him from the courts.
He will silently get transferred into a tard house, and they will ban him from internet and outside letters.
If VINE shows him as released, and we don't hear from his ass within a certain amount of time, it appears that this may end up being the case.

Wranglers abusing him if he is too rowdy

like the other commenter said, their are different types and levels of group homes, some homes 2 clients share a room, others they each have their own rooms. i have been to many where the clients had their own room, they have their own tv, maybe a video game system, small stereo / radio, collections and belongs; BUT, you are limited to just that, what you can neatly keep in your room, and yes communication and internet access is usually monitored, unless its a home where they are just slow as in low end mild to moderately retarded but over all functional with some assistance, then some do have some independence and freedoms, and have workers pop in a couple hours each day, and some where they pop in a couple times a week to just to check in and help people with a few things here n there, and there are varying levels where the workers are there most of the day, to 24/7 . but the type chris would be at would be a group home for clients with mental health issues and criminal histories, which means, supervised anytime hes out, with a tard-wrangler always at his side, any internet use would be with a tard wrangler at his side while at the computer, if allowed any computer access at all.

Do we even know if the no-talking bit is true at all? AFAIK the only source for that claim is Chris himself, Mr. Unreliable Narrator extraordinaire.

I always seen Chris a horny freak even in his love quest. His Adam and Eve purchases started around the same time.
He does want a connection with someone but as long it included sex hence why he was so forceful even with girls that wanted to be friends.
He was willing to ruin a friendship for sex.

Megan had a solid relationship but fucked it with shecameforcwc. And before that how he was always smothering her.
Emily stated he stared at her tits on their date.

He does have "standards" Bella > Barb > Fiona for example. He fucked his mom because she was not going to fight and she was there.
But after he fucked her, he lost interest in Fiona but wanted to impress Bella.

To me the love quest was just the fuck quest version beta. He didn't need a social connection as he had his trolls, toys, dogs, and his parents.

So legally, what is the next step? A hearing to determine trial date? Or something that finally says what they are going to do with Him?
