They are considered Intersex, they should be allowed access to their own separate bathrooms, and sports leagues. No one wants to harm you they just want to be left alone. You are free to replicate and celebrate any accomplishment within your own community. Instead of grifting over swatting they should raise money for scholarships for Intersex athletes and advocate for their own category at the Olympics. They can change their ID or Birth Certificate to “I” instead of M or F, with no questions asked. The only caveat is you can only do this once, no refunds.
