Probably late with how many pages ago it was discussed, but re: keffals fleeing to europe to escape potential charges on what canuck cops may or may not have found on his hard drives.
He'd have to go further than Europe to get away from it. Maybe eastern europe at a minimum. Europe criminal intelligence work closely with US and canadian criminal intelligence (fbi/whatever the fuck canada's fbi is), have access to each other's databases, etc, so he isn't safe from the investigation/being extradited back to maple syrup land.
Plus if it's drawn porn and not actual minors, he's likely to get in more trouble in Europe for having that kind of material than he would by just staying in Canada. A quick search shows it's outright illegal in Ireland and treated the same as actual CP. Most European countries don't seem to distinguish them.
