Bullshit. I’d love to know who you supposedly “work for” because if you knew anything, you’d know CHR doesn’t even manage lanes, those are property of the government.
I’ve worked with the bitch for 20+ years. She worked for a company we both did, “P” (Hi Debbie! I know you read here and know what “P” means!) and we were bought out 19 years ago by CHR. They hired all of us. She’s been with us since.

In logistics certain dispatchers have project codes for the lanes the sell loads on. None of that relates to chr and what they sub work for us on a 1099 payroll.

I don't work with Debbie. I work as someone that gives chr work. Calm down. I have worked in logistics a long time.

Edit to say: kind of surprised that our xompetitor doesn't use the word "lanes". We have 80000 subcontractors under us and 20000 tractors in house and 200 of each call
about 50% are talking about working certain lanes with certain dispatch. We assign it project codes. Didn't ever consider terminology "lanes" at our headquarters with 10000 people in the building to be unusual. But this is America and working "Team Canucks" as they named themselves is always overcomplicated with getting them into our system so whatever. Don't believe me. That is fine.

2nd edit. I never call CHR if someone was referring to me. I need nothing from them. They would be calling the company I am referring to if anything. CHR places the calls/emails/chats to the company always. We don't need brokers ever. We aren't brokerage/factoring/dispatch and don't cater to it. Our CPRs aren't brokers nor do they want to be called that or even a dispatcher realistically. And they they manage lanes... We own our equipment. And we are cracking up on the lolcow news we are hearing. Great entertainment!

Zero personnel have the authority to give that information out at CHR. They’d send the call to her former supervisor and it would be funneled first. A random person calling would not be given that information.

IDK. I've been in management a long time, and none of my workplaces would have considered this to be a violation. Granted, co-workers or line staff are not supposed to give specifics, e.g., saying that the person was terminated, or that they resigned, or that they're on family leave. They're not permitted to say when the employee left, why they left, or what their new job is.

In most instances line staff are not permitted to give out references to prospective employers. All of these types of inquiries should be forwarded to HR. However, employees don't always follow company protocol and do sometimes give out this information, either through ignorance, malice, or because they like flapping their gums. If management finds out, the person will most likely be disciplined in some way (counseled, written up, etc.)

IME a generic inquiry, "May I speak to Debbie?" would not require intervention by a supervisor, and a generic reply, "I'm sorry, she no longer works here," would not be a violation of confidentiality or company policy. But I don't live in Canada, and I've never worked for CHR, so YMMV.

When asked on a livestream to show "abartments" he just showed photos of his nieces and nephews bedroom ceilings. He also claims the family has major residential properties in Alexandria. While his brothers and sister might, this scum of the earth owns none of it.

This story is as real as the one where he claimed that he bitchslapped the prison boss and that gave him the automatic top dog status....completely laughable.
