Even most real women can’t orgasm through vaginal penetration alone. AGPs get all their sex knowledge from porn though, so they think that women have immediate multiple orgasms as soon as they’re penetrated, and assume that that’s going to happen to them too as soon as they get their magic surgery.

The surgery does leave the tip of the penis intact as a mockery of a clitoris, and some can still orgasm when they stimulate that.

This website has both male and female, left wing and right wing users who fight on a daily basis in A&N but this is not the reality that journos want to talk about.
