I'm not sure in this case. As sketch as Patreon is, you do need to offer some sort of backer awards or propose a project or service that you will provide. Even lazy scumbags like Quinn can point to things they made, like Depression Quest. What would Rapp provide?

I'm sure Treehouse has a few SJ sympathizers who thought it would be harmless to put part of their culture into the game, but bare in mind bad localizations have been around for ages and Fates is not the worst I've ever seen. There are far more localizations like the first Persona game that are atrocious, but at the end of the day people all over say Fates is a really good game gameplay wise so why the fuck should all of this even matter?

A good point, but I think on some subconscious level, SJWs don't consider Sarah Butts an actual trans woman. Alison, on the other hand, is a woman actually working for one of the biggest gaming companies out there. I agree that she most likely wouldn't be paid near what she is now, but SJWs have proven that they'll pay professional victim women if they seem oppressed enough, even if it's a paltry sum.
