I don't know crap about computers, but I'm sure there are about a million ways to get around the new rule. Blizzard isn't known for thinking things through.

People freely give their phone numbers to Valve, since it is required to play ranked in DOTA 2. And it's not like the phone requirement actually does anything to stop smurfing, or toxicity, in that game.

I studied Thelema, OTO, and some other LHP-type ventures. they were almost universally populated by libertarians, mouth-breathers who obviously just hated religious parents, or gigantic dorks who needed something edgier than harry potter to base their personalities on. the whole time I met only two or three people who had a coherent philosophy, which tended toward a pretty easy to swallow "symbols and rituals can be powerful if you personally want them to be, I find these symbols and rituals fun, so here I am." death metal absurdists.

Ironically they all hated groups like Order of Nine Angles, who are much more meaningfully satanic i.e. they pursue doing actual harm to others for personal gain, engage in ritual violence, promote nazism and sometimes murder people.

Isn't that what Jon Nödtveidt from the metal band Dissection was in? I agree that theistic Satanism; which I think they call Luciferianism, seems a lot more meaningful than Satanism which is usually secular. Why bother? Just donate to an abortion clinic or whatever.

Not the most outrageous but I found this fascinating little creature, u/manwhogrows and thought I'd share. He's apparently a gay ginger aspiring paralegal who's struggling to quit drinking. He posts a lot in r/childfree, antinatalism, petfree, childfreepetfree, and dogfree. A LOT in r/dogfree. (And r/misanthropy, lol) The origin of his dog hatred is finally explained in this comment--He gave some guy he was dating an ultimatum and the guy chose his dogs over him, although he copes by claiming that ending the relationship was his choice.

By his own admission, he has a small dick--His username is a reference to his "button dick" that grows to larger than a button. He has a fetish for men who also have small dicks, and tighty whities. His posts in r/tightwhities aren't especially interesting, they're pretty repetitive, but the sheer volume is sort of hilarious. A few examples from r/tightywhities, smalldickproblems, actualsmallcocks, which are all subs he frequents.


Also comments in raisedbynarcissists, made a post of his own bitching about his mom (while living in her house).

And probably what I find most funny about him. He fucking hates the state of Maine and rants in its tiny subreddit.
