Elliot is without a doubt one of those people for whom "net worth between $2M and $3M" translates to "literal multi-millionaire" (more like "technical multi-millionaire"). Rich by the standards of flyover country, but merely upper middle class in epicenters of global capitalism like the Bay Area, Vancouver, and Sydney.
Oh yeah its a very based plan, but its only really viable if you definitely use more than 30-40GB/m on mobile data and don't care that its speed capped to 20mbps. If you arent using more data than that, maybe the woolworths mobile $35 plan is better which nets you 42GB (with 500gb max rollover), unlimited dom/intl call/text on the telstra 5g network (significantly better than the shitty vodafone network felix is using)
Most telcos here offer that now. It just tends to be more expensive with the big name ones.
I still feel guilty because I was the guy to refer @Null to linode in the first place. I used linode for small projects and reasonably trusted them. Alas my trust was misplaced. To their credit, they at least were professional in booting null. Still, I've never used them again for any professional nor private projects.
