It actually makes it worse because in a sitting position for extended periods, you're constricting blood flow/return to your lower extremities and that causes blood to remain in them longer, causing fluid retention and increasing clot risk. It's why most advice for people in sit-down office jobs is to stand up and move around periodically.

Behold, a more lopsided pair of tits than any on the aforementioned subreddit. XX on the left, XY on the right. You can see where the beginnings of these structures exist in males.
