If you hate Freedom Planet so much, why is your next game based on it? I'm just curious.

A bit of background may explain some of the stuff he does.
Copyright law exists in the Philippines but is enforced very lightly. You can easily find knock-off Minecraft and Clash of Clans shirts sold widely there, among other copyright-infringing merch. Movie piracy is a real problem in Southeast Asia in general, so much so that some companies opt to show their movies in that region before they do in the West to maximize ticket sales before piracy takes hold. Why Jotex steals stuff can partly be attributed to such a lenient take on copyright.
Don't get me wrong, copyright infringement is bad. Just throwing out a possible explanation why Jotex does it a lot.

That makes sense, actually. I remember reading about this somewhere. Lots of bootlegged videos, games and merchandise are sold in those areas. Granted, copyright is a clusterfuck regardless of where you live.

While that makes sense in regards to the in copyright infringement I am still confused about his refusal to speak his own language. I could understand it in a sense of trying to market the game but he won't respond in anything but english or japanese, neither of which he can actually speak. This is what interests me most.
I think he might have some Taiwanese heritage based on what he has said but can't actually speak or read it (or maybe simply refuses to contact me via that language)...? but also seems to not respond to Tagalog. I don't know if he speaks a different dialect since he seems to refuse to talk about the actual language he can speak. I am not sure if he is just confused ooooor...? Theories?

He isn't. I am more inclined to think he is well aware of whatever malware is on there. His refusal to speak in or reveal his native language points more to a scam for me. He won't even give me a single line of text in his native language to see how it works out via google translate.
I am going to go ahead and say he is most likely trying to run a scam. I encourage everyone to never download anything he links. Even if he is just autistic there is no reason to get try this mess.

I'm also clueless on that part. It could be that he simply prides himself that he thinks he can speak English well and use an English-Japanese dictionary for his other preferred language, so he won't engage in any other language.
You've probably hit it on the head about marketing being the reason he tries to speak in English regardless of fluency (and the lack thereof). Limiting himself to his native language also limits his target audience. Him running teasers for his next game (even as his Sonic clone is still in a woeful state) shows an intent on his part to do advance marketing, so this supports your theory.
Can't say I blame him for aiming higher, though he really needs to work on his English if that's the case.
As for the virus thing, I am inclined to believe his goal is just to release games and make money off of it, he just had the bad luck to be working on an infected computer without him realizing it. At least for me, if I wanted to trick people into installing malware through a game, I'd probably make the game appealing so more people can fall prey to it.
But yeah, download Jotex' stuff at your own risk. That's good advice for fellow kiwis.

We can differ on that part, but if he isn't trying to spread malware I still highly doubt he actually knows whether or not the download is clean. I could see him using an English virus scan and a warning popping up in big bold letters and him just going, 'great, it's done', or hosting it on shady sites.
He has a touch of the 'tism either way.

That's a lot of work to play a cruddy sonic fangame. Why don't you make sure your game doesn't have malicious programs and be sure of it before you try and release it to the public?

You know what, I deserve the A-Logs. You're an idiot. You know nothing about writing an actual story. You have no idea what 'raising tension', 'climax', 'denouement', or '3 act storytelling' truly mean, much less any other writing skills you'd need to create a proper story.
You're just a Sonic fanboy who can't even get past the 'Original The Character' stage. You might be trying your hardest thanks to the copyright laws being a problem, but it's not enough.
Jotex is just derivative trash. You can't make him interesting, and the language barrier only makes things worse. You're never getting a fanbase with him and you shouldn't even bother. Do your best to be original, don't rip anyone off.
