Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

can already see them trying to present themselves as a legit organization dedicated to people like Chris and trying to get the courts to release him into their custody.
The more they look like people actually trying to help Chris the less they look like carpetbagging enablers, so that seems like a pretty legitimate strategy
I wonder if we could get any status updates by simply calling the jail.
The case is sealed so I would assume all we'd get out of them is that Chris is still in fact in their custody. This could be wrong by the way I don't have much legal knowledge.

Looks like the prediction of Chris being used as an organ monkey for some weens would be coming true if this were to happen.
Stuff like whether Chris can send and receive mail, or be visited, and whether you have to be on an approved list for either.
Chris' letters was the last form of communication anyone could get until his attorney saw that is made his client look bad and had it stopped. From the outset, Heilberg restricting visits to Chris was for the best as he knew how Chris can still be manipulated.

How do we know Heilberg did this?
Given he's probably wasting a considerable amount of time on Chris, and no doubt knows that Chris isn't nuts, just a man baby who wants things now now now, and is fighting the entire process every step of the way, with weens no doubt sending letters to the prosecutors about the shit he's written in letters, even if not admissible in court, Heilberg's most likely at his wits end with the whole affair.

How do we know Heilberg did this?
Chris either:

1. Got bored and realized his coping didn't last for as long as he liked.
2. Heilberg talked to Chris about them because some ween has been sending copies of letters to his office email, and upon looking at them much like Barb's reaction to Chris' attraction sign, told him to knock it off.
3. Or Chris has been sending letters exclusively to Praetor.

I'm betting due to the court record being sealed, Heilberg is dotting his i's and crossing his t's to make sure nothing involving Chris for the duration of his case goes public. Shame, really: whenever someone does something for Chris' best interests, as usual, Chris can't be trusted not to fuck it up.

Aren’t they all like teenagers though? Maybe slightly older.

I don’t know how it works but if these people roll up to the jail asking for Chris to be released into their custody I can imagine they’ll be some raised eyebrows since none of them look like they’re capable of looking after a special needs adult, they look like they still live with their parents:

One of the things I notice about dropkiwifarms is that they know they can't defend Chris who's globally known as the motherfucker, so they always have to add the context, "Well, the CWCforums started more than 10 years before the incest leaks! It's not like that's why they started trolling him" but they're happy to play fast and loose with the timeline when it suits them, like saying, "Kiwifarms was founded to stalk and harass transwoman Christine Weston Chandler" as if Chris was already transitioned when the CWCforums started and that was the only reason he ever got trolled or laughed at.

I can imagining it now: Chris living it up at any of their parents house; it's like the parents are already dealing with one autist, they don't need another.

“She followed me home! Can I take care of her? Pleeeeeaaaaaase? She’s hungry and cold and has nowhere else to go! I promise I’ll do all the work, and she can sleep in the basement!”

No they'd almost certainly never be allowed to just take Chris like he's an animal in a shelter, even if they somehow had qualifications to handle a tard. The jail can't just dump Chris with essentially random people. As hilarious as it would be to see those grifters actually have to deal with Chris and not just profit off of him, it won't happen.

Here's an important question, if Chris has already gotten the autism disposition and is just waiting in the jail because no home will take him, is his probation already started IN the jail, or does he have to be released from the jail for the probation to begin?

If the August 2023 court date is his year in probation review and he still hasn't been able to step foot out of the jail, will the judge just say, "Well, you kept the terms of your probation from your cell, so it's complete" or would the judge be unable to review it because his probation never started?

Still they have a logo and a shop set up all they need is a website and maybe an llc. They just need to fine tune their larp as an organization for autistic adults and the system may give them a chance to handle Chris.

Really I have to wonder if hielburg had the authority to make Chris stop sending letters. Even with the Cade sealed, unless he got sent back to western state neither hielburg or the justice system have any right to take away Chris's right to send and receive mail. As pointless sperg said before he flew the coop, Chris is protected by the constitutional right to be protected from cruel and unusual punishment, which includes having his mail taken away.

From my understanding No, the only caviatte to that be if he was in medical confinement like when he was sent to the nut hatch for evaluation - then it's a blanket ban especially for short term inmates, what's likely happening is He's pissed off with Ken trying to steal Sonichu from him, Low or No money for extra postage (he get's 2 free letters a week) and he's spending what money he does have on things like Sweets and Noodles, and a lot of people are just not messaging him now so we're getting slower and slower updates because the majority of people here wont write him and Reddit / Twitter have moved on.

I've been wondering, considering everyone has nothing but contempt for chris and he's basically "done" as far as the internet goes, will the Bob call be released?
I doubt it. That call should've been released the moment Chris went into the slammer. For all anyone knows, the HD containing the recording might as well be destroyed.

Again this is why I miss pointless sperg. He was the go too guy for these kinda things.

Probation usually starts as per the terms of someone's release. So Chris will be released on probation with time served and if he's been behaving himself sans the "excorsisim incident " at western state, good behavior.

Mind you the state of Virginia also has to have a place for Chris to stay arranged too thanks to a new law that was recently passed but really that could just mean chartering a short bus to pick him up and dump him in w homeless shelter somewhere, let the druggies and bums beat him in his sleep to steal his shoes.

The deferral code reads "upon fulfillment of the terms", meaning that the case would resume only after the conditions are met. Those conditions are not actually known to us, but if they explicitly say Chris needs to spend a year in a group home, then he would have to spend a year in a home or else the case can't resume.
Again the exact conditions of the deferral are not known to us, it could be as simple as having no major chimp outs between now and August 2023, or extremely complex with very strict stipulations on what Chris can and can't do (like not going to 14bc, agreeing to therapy, etc.).

I don't know if someone had pointed it out already but this random thought happened to me. A few days ago a new Sonic game came out and another Pokémon game is scheduled to be released in a few weeks. These games keep coming in, they keep targeting young and autistic audiences as they have done from the beginning, but now Chris is an old (wo)man rotting in jail. Chris will not be playing this shit any longer, his time has faded away.

I think we can infer it’s conditions that are proving difficult to meet anywhere so I’m guessing it’s a place that needs to take responsibility for Chris for at least the time period of that new law in Virginia for felons with mental health conditions being released otherwise they’d just have dumped Chris at a homeless shelter?
