Ya know i think we should start trying to figure out what barely functional third world shithole will be the next gimmick for personality/chromosome deficiant edgetards to base their entire identity, belief system, and internet persona on while cooming over how its totally a superpower that will overthrow the collapsing globohomo westoid empire of degeneracy and usher in a shining #based future of blah-blah-blah-whatever-fuck-off

the central government tried to dismiss one of the regional state govenments, but it backfired and now that state is in open rebellion, and in another state an ethnic nationalist militia has taken up arms against the central government as well

even the rastafari (the original we wuz kangz larp religion) probably don't want much to do with ethiopia at the moment

there's not much reporting to be found on this war, barely anybody cares about yet another civil war in the horn of africa region. between the failed state of somalia, the tyrannical dictatorship of eritrea, the brutal civil war in yemen, and now the tigray war, people are pretty desensitized to bad news from that part of the world

It really is incompetence of the highest order. You want to rely on the goodwill of a people you invaded and have been indiscriminately bombing for almost a year? If these reports are accurate and if I was a betting man, I'd put money on that public conference with Shoigu serving as the retreat order. So basically every Russian soldier on the left bank was basically told "You don't have long to get over the river before we abandon your ass because we're incapable of doing an orderly retreat so you better start running boy."
