He has mentioned the Farms a few times, quietly acknowledging that it still exists, but saying it is like a dying cancer patient (nice comparison for any actual cancer patients or their friends or family in his audience).

I think it's not very likely he always has this thread open. It's a running joke that Lucas is taking fashion tips from us, but I don't think he has the mental fortitude to actually follow the thread every day. As an example, he seemed like he was about to cry after looking at his Wikipedia article and realizing there are people on the talk page questioning the official narrative.

The evidence that he reads the thread is pretty flimsy. For example, he reposted a "Keffals destroys the Twin Towers" meme that was made here, but he probably just got it from someone who reposted it to Twitter first.

If Keffals was really reading the thread, I think he wouldn't be able to resist talking about it on stream or Discord, trying to refute things that are said here or just raging about it. He doesn't have the impulse control to simply read it and not comment.

He most likely has some of his mods keeping tabs on it, though, to look for fedposting opportunities alert him in case of imminent threats to human life. Maybe he looks at it occasionally to get the gist of what we think (i.e. saggy moobs, balding, not a woman).
