Other than the jail part, it depends on the jail. Sometimes they actually put out a really nice spread. So it's at least less depressing than the average day in jail, other than the whole "being in jail on Thanksgiving" part. I seriously doubt Chris gives much thought to Thanksgiving considering his previous Thanksgivings since Bob died have been the height of sadness.
My guess would be some nonsense about being a goddess and the merge happening soon or maybe given his huge ego and lack of empathy he's thankful that he saved Barb's life through his 'special healing technique'.

I didn't even know Chris really celebrated Thanksgiving with how shitty his life is (no family or feast to be had). The jail celebration might be an improvement actually considering he might spend it with more than one decrepit old hag.
I checked the CWCki. You're right about the sad Thanksgivings. In 2010 he was probably in a bad mood because he had been receiving nasty emails from Jackie. In 2013 he flat out wrote that he was extremely depressed. In 2016 he posted some photos, the dinner looks like heated up ham strips and Kraft mac and cheese and plain green beans that were probably microwaved. He was more upbeat in 2017 and 2018. In 2017 he wished people a happy Thanksgiving and he said he was thankful for the friends he made at BronyCon. That was the convention where he was filmed dancing with Magi-chan. In 2018 Chris said he was grateful for his marriage to his imaginary friends.
I guess it's 50/50 now. Those fun times at Bronycon are now over. However, he does have his imaginary coping currently - for better or worse (most likely worse).
