No, it's the breed AND the owner. It's not like pool water or a handgun resulting in the death of a child or small animal; pool water and guns don't have minds of their own - a dog which is part of a breed that has been specifically bred for aggression DOES have a mind of its own, and idiot owners who keep breeding these things and dumping them at shelters are not helping at all.

That poor, poor cat. I also feel for the owners whose cat never returned from it’s daily patrol. I don’t know what I’d do if my cat went missing. This guy deserves the rope.

I'm probably late on reporting on this but r/minecraft had a bit of a oopsie(?) a few days ago:
Dude wanted to dedicate a minecraft build to his dead girlfriend and upon making a post of the build the mods removed it.
And when the guy tried to dispute it he got this response:
(1. is saying how memorial builds on people or figures aren't allowed since they fall under "tired submissions" and 2. is saying how separate (updated) posts aren't allowed either)
On one hand, yeah posting about your dead girlfriend on a large sub can come off as "karma farming" but on the other hand it's still a bit of a dickish response if the dude was being sincere.
Idk who's having the bigger reddit moment here, the mods or the dude with the dead Minecraft gf.

I carry pepper spray when I walk my dogs (who are trained to obey off-leash but are leashed anyway). Not because I'm afraid of homeless people or niggers, no, because of people's stupid off-leash dogs. You'd be amazed how many people walk with their dogs off-leash and then become surprised when they bolt towards anything that moves.
Nobody in this God-forsaken city knows how to properly train dogs. Purely positive sea mammal training has been a complete disaster for canine husbandry.
