His non-physical part of the act isn't great either - There are times when the focus is on you, and times when it is not, and he doesn't seem to know what to do with himself when its not on him. From what I've been able to tolerate to watch, he doesn't know how to act in the background when the focus is away from him.I don't know enough to comment either way, really, but a few people have posted examples here of him doing slams in a dangerous way. When you do a slam, you aim to keep your opponent's back hitting the mat as evenly as possible and Jim seems to have dropped people on their neck a couple of times instead.
A lot of amateur entertainers struggle with finding the balance between background acting and not stealing the scene, and Jims definitely one of them. Little things like having an in-character way of holding oneself that is in line with their personality makes a big difference, while Jim just seems to stand there as Jim, rolled shoulders and mild disinterest abounds.
