Surely there are interesting trials he could cover rather than perv out. I get that Minnesota can be dull in the winter but the law rolls on.

They're about to execute a "tranny" for the first time tomorrow, proving that the "I'm a sweet trans girl uwu" defense didn't work at least one time. He could cover that.

But he's coasting. I'll resubscribe if he gets interesting in a non pervert way. A mid life crisis is not unforgivable. It's just boring.
He never really cared about being a lawyer, he just used that as a pretense to get into the same sektur as Dick Molesterson and Gunty Kong.

Could be an interesting show but i expect him not even do even the basic level of research and talk completely out of his ass.
I'm mostly interested in that kid the mom is trying to forcefully troon out, so I guess I'm watching. I have a feeling the information will make me MATI, though.

And Hoeg had a literal stroke.

We got referenced by a literally who? Clairebere???
She runs the Chudbuds Fediverse. It's basically for people who like Metokur's style of content, but don't want to throw in with Poa.st or Graf for whatever reason.

I'm not a huge fan of Tommy C., but he's actually got a damn good theory here. Nick probably did pick up all the whine mommy garbage because of the Johnny Depp coverage, and they're thirsting over him now because they see him as more obtainable than somebody like Depp.

I'm sure that won't stop people from blaming anime for his decline, but I just thought I'd mention it. It makes sense.

Also, if Tommy C talked about this, Nicolas DeOrio is probably not too far behind.

All I want is an accounting of how many minutes he spends telling people how much he does not care.

From the latest jewtube 90 minute advert for rumble.

Possibly! I just think that he's probably talking about people more in his social life (if not the in-laws then people around him, etc)

By the way I haven't seen these comments posted here Nick continues to not care but he's still in the comments of that Elissa clips video from four days ago.

George Eberhart was asking good questions in the Elissa Clips comments. I notice Nick stopped answering the religious questions when George questioned whether "consent" is really a biblical frame that can cover anything. He also dodges by saying the Bible doesn't cover social media etiquette, but it has a lot to say about modesty (not posting pics designed to titillate) and not lusting over people who aren't your spouse. Just because you're in a marriage doesn't mean you don't also have a responsibility to people outside it. There's not really a way to justify going out naked for the sole purpose of getting propositions. Even if you turn them down, thus preserving "your" spiritual purity or whatever, you are still encouraging others around you to sin because you think it's fun.

So, Nick's situation (and, equally, @theralph) has brought some scripture to mind:
"What sorrow awaits you who make your neighbors drunk!
You force your cup on them
So you can gloat over their shameful nakedness.
But soon it will be your turn to be disgraced.
Come, drink, and be exposed!
Drink from the cup of the Lord's judgment, and all your glory will be turned to shame."
Habakkuk 2:15-16 [NLT]
That Habakkuk verse puts it even better.

I think him falling out with his family or Kayla's is a compelling theory, and it makes it more obvious how much of this whole episode is just pure rebellion. Sure, he probably really wants to do these things, but there's an element of doing it all publicly and pretending not to care in order to make specific people seethe. He's just mad that the internet, which he thought he could control, also seethed and is not on his side. This makes him wonder if dad-in-law doesn't have some good points after all. He can't admit this, so he is raging at the internet with all the impotence he feels when it comes to confronting his family.

It helps me understand him a lot better. This is classic Prodigal Son behavior, wallowing with the pigs because it's better than being beholden to someone with more experience than you. Trying to convince other people that you like the pig pen is never going to work, but he's got to play it out before he realizes someone else was right all along.

He's not the most orthodox with his understanding of the faith... He's got s stream out there where he's talking religion, and he says that 'Jesus is just some guy--a human'. This is not the understand of most, and his fat lipped friend and another fat had a whole stream discussion it.

I am not really a fan of religious purity testing on the internet, but this seems like some heresy level shit.

I think it is safe to say that religious counselling is not going to reel him back in.

That’s Arianism, Patrick.

I don't know if it will help you, but sometimes screaming in to a pillow helps relieve a stress-related headache. (Not that I am a doctor or this is medical advice.)
Sometimes you just need to yell at the top of your lungs and be fucking angry. And I mean yell obscenities with no purpose other than to be an obscenity as loud as possible. Best place I've found is in the car when driving home from work.

Nick's unorthodox christianity makes Doug Tennapel occasionally hanging out with him more interesting. Doug is the type who would immediately see through Nick's religious views and the hedonism at close range. The question (IMO) is

(a) if Doug sees him as another useful idiot in the world he can use for his own ends
(b) Doug wants to guide him onto to the Doug path.
(c) Doug sees him - as doug sees most people - as just another spiritually doomed person not on the Doug path.
(d) Doug's own views offline are not quiet orthodox either.
