Anyone notice if he had a particularly good night on rumble for superchats? Playboard is claiming he only made $94 on youtube. That is the first sub $100 stream he has gotten since the cutoff plan went into effect.

edit: a word/another word
i need coffee
I wasn't paying much attention to superchats last night on rumble. But I saw one or two $20, a few $5 and more $1, probably around $100-200 total, most of the time when you are watching there are 0 superchats in the queue. Locals maybe $50-100 worth of superchats. It's was same the night before as well, superchats have dried up considerably.

Being stuck in a state you loathe, having so many kids that for over a decade you can't (or don't feel comfortable to) leave for any meaningful time to have big experiences with your wife, seemingly having no real direction in life until your 30's (and possibly having your life subsidized by relatives until then). Looking back at it all, this kind of FOMO midlife crisis was almost inevitable, but I would've expected it would be much less retarded.

It's inevitable because we only ever hear about the weak men who self destruct. There are hundreds of millions of fathers who go out and get a motorcycle or grow a goatee to deal with the realization they've past their expiration date.

No one talks about these chads.

I thought Nick already went over this on stream? Nick pointed out that in the very first section of the Facts Monte mentions that he exaggerates for comedy.

Honestly, if Rekieta truly had no shame in his sexual degeneracy he wouldn't give two fucks what people said about him here. The fact he's still responding just shows that he cares what people here have to say
If it was just about sexual degeneracy, Nick would have kept it private. The "public" swinger is either looking for approval from the masses and/or looking for hookups with randos in their audience.
I think at some level he knows how stupid and self-destructive all of what he is doing is. But between the alcohol, the drugs and the losers in his hugbox agreeing with him, he is going to be convinced of how right he is about everything.

Who needs superchats when you have such great sponsors such as Birch Gold and Balldo

If he had just got the $100k Mustang and a new tattoo, I don't think anyone would have cared. Hell, he could have gone on a week-long bender as well...

The whole public display of sexual deviancy, as well as the encouragement of the locals harem is what kind put me over the top with this BS...

Our Lolcow Lawyer now gets a lolsuit. Want to do the write up for Lolcow LLC @5t3n0g0ph3r ? We need new content over there with the Vic Case resting in the fifth circle of hell.

That's because it's based in Texas.
Info is in the links at the bottom of the OP.
Monty should have checked the thread more closely before suing Rekieta Law instead of Rekieta Media.

Only a couple of weeks passed between Andrew d'Adesky saying NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW MY REAL NAME and even Monty knowing it and citing it in court documents.

IIED and NIED are a complete joke as causes of action and will fail. The defamation is the only one with a ghost of a chance, and I don't think much of the ghost, either.

Also the screamingly obvious deficiency in the complaint which makes me question the competence of the lawyer who filed it is that defamation must be pled with specificity. Other than the "probably should be shot in the head" (which is not defamation), there is not a single direct quotation of a defamatory statement, merely general allegations of defamation.

This doesn't pass muster under any defamation pleading standard.

I think this is likely to lead to immediate dismissal, although possibly with leave to amend, if the plaintiff does not himself rectify this immediately.

Isn’t part of defamation being able to prove damages? Wouldn’t Monte have to show because of the words of Nick, he has somehow been monetarily damaged in some way?

Not to survive summary judgment, since the allegations claimed would be defamation per se, but I don't think it even gets there because the plaintiff hasn't met the minimum pleading standards even to state a claim of defamation.

You're not just supposed to point vaguely at hours long videos in the complaint and expect the court to go dredging through them looking for defamatory statements. You're supposed to plead them with specificity.
I think that's where he said it is; I'm honestly not positive. I don't think we've seen the documents yet.
Looks like it is indeed there. On the face of the complaint, it also doesn't state any claim that would invoke federal question jurisdiction, so it looks like it indeed stays in state court (and probably dies there).

So I googled what that meant, and here was one of the top results. From Quora. Top answer is:

I could be wrong here but I think its actually his left. Likely that a webcam is flipping the image like most cameras did for years.

The video explaining the kids situation of being left off with relatives at the lowest age of 5 is alright. Like that's good, you don't want to burden your relatives with a young child who needs constant attention especially if it's the grandparents who'll be a little older. Usually grandparents love to spend time with their grandchildren at any age. But to not think about how your children will be negatively impacted a few years down the line when they're teens and their classmates find out what their mom's and dad's asses looks like and all their other weird escapades. This is devastating to a teenager. It's one thing to be made fun of for a last name, something a kid can't control having, it's another to have something as scandalous as this shit hanging over their heads, something their parents could have easily controlled. It's incredibly myopic, not even having money can reverse what's gonna happen in high school.

But hey as long as their parents can live out all sexual fantasies and fetishes, who cares!

The thing that is obviously annoying is that they could live all that shit out without having to post it on the internet. I mean, ultimately if you really want to go the fuck ahead but dont start fucking crying when people are making fun of your dumbass and criticizing you. I will say, for the most part, nick has been more calm about all this than anyone in his locals. Sperging out about screenshots trying to figure out how they can sue those heckin kiwi farmers. Darn them.

Anyone know if this clip exists? Sounds too good to be true honestly but also something he could have said.

Pretty sure I actually saw him say it on a stream. I'm for sure not bothering to go through probably a thousand videos to try and find it though. I just am positive he's said it. Would have happened during/after the vic stuff.
It's brazen as fuck but I can't really muster up much outrage. Unlike balldos, cuckoldry, and other degeneracy, the whole grift king thing has been part of his schtick from the outset.

He's definitely one of the best at this sort of thing, if not the best specifically at Internet 1A shit, but tbh Nick could probably handle this himself with a quick removal to federal court followed by a 12(b)(6) and whatever other immediately dispositive motions are appropriate.

That said it usually isn't the best idea to do that even if you probably could do it.

Yeah he's always been wildly open about the grifting and was unapologetic to it. The degen stuff could very well have been behind closed doors and honestly I could care less if it were. There's just indications that it wasn't there either for that time. There's just significant difference when for years you relentlessly make fun of people for the kind of shit you're now doing. It's really, really, REALLY funny.

They really don't like him telling them that they have no legal recourse and to just ignore it, either. They're all very hung up on the idea that paying to post should somehow protect their content.

If there was anyone who looked to him as an example and feels burned, that's probably closer to why.

You maybe get younger men on the internet who like the idea of having a family one day, and they might look at someone like Nick with his wife and many children, still ostensibly functional and sane as a person, and think "See, it IS possible. If only you stick to trad tenants you can still sit around drinking and acting like a shitlord on the internet while happily monogamous with a nice big family."

The issue is that those types of fathers aren't going to be e-celebrities because A) seeking e-fame indicates certain volatile character traits to begin with, and B) investing yourself in the internet will slowly turn you into a retard, even if you didn't start out that way.

I question if anyone in his audience looked to him as their father. On the other hand I could see some people in his audience looking to him as a father.
