They have a Child Support agreement in place which The Gunt is paid up on as well as a visitation plan in place. The Gunt got pissy because he wasn't allowed to take pics of Xander and hasn't tried to see him again since that first visit. That's why Gunt started making noises about suing for partial custody or something because FaiFai won't let Gunt take pics of Xander because he isn't trustworthy enough to take his word that he won't put them up on the internet.

Having now been served, the judge rolls out a bunch of required explanation about how this process goes. Gets to the topic of right to an attorney.
Ralph gives a long, drunken diatribe about how his attorney won’t take the case, and he’s talked to 15 “lowyars” and nobody wants to take his case because this is all frivolous. He has money to afford a lowyar, but no one will take his case…oh, woe is him.
Judge begins to explain that an attorney can be appointed to him…Ralph cuts him off…judge admonishes him for cutting him off. By now, the judge is noticeably irritated with Ralph’s condition in his courtroom (Zoom or otherwise). Judge asks if Ralph would like an attorney.
Ralph says ‘yes’ and goes on another diatribe about how he just can’t find a lowyar no matter how hard he tries. Judge has to practically yell at Ralph to get him to shut up.
Judge tells Ralph that he can assign him an attorney, but will need a financial declaration. Asks Ralph if he is “gainfully employed.” Ralph explains he is a self-employed internet talk show host. Judge asks “and as a internet talk show host, what is your monthly income.”
Ralph hilariously refuses to answer at first, and then backpedals as if he doesn’t know and he’d have to look into it. Judge asks, “can you just give me an estimate? It will help me determine if you are indigent, and allowed to have assigned representation.
Ralph again says he can’t answer the question, and then goes on another diatribe about lowyars.
oHis own attorney won’t take the case. He’s talked to fifteen of them and no one wants to take it, because they consider it frivolous.

This was why Vickers was beefing with Dedmon or whoever that pathetic fired social worker guy is. Vickers was getting these morons to sign affidavits attesting to the legitimacy of the discord logs for the court, in lieu of actually having to be deposed by an attorney. Deadman balked and had a hissy about never signing it it, until he caved and did. (Seriously I didn't understand why he was so against signing. It would be understandable if the logs were fake, but he was only being asked to confirm what he knew to be true.)
If you look at the timeline this incident seems to be a major reason Ralph wanted to suddenly flee to Mexico. He freaked out because he did this dumb shit while he was on his suspended sentence. Pretty hilarious Gunt ran scared to the third world over teenage diary drama. It also showed what a massive piece of shit Ralph was to boot. The diary only showed a very immature girl who actually cared about Ralph. Ralph just made sure the world knew he was a disgusting groomer who took advantage of a teen girl with mental problems.

Being that Ralph has a very complicated relationship with various courts at this point, I thought it best to layout a basic primer where he is with all his various court issues for those following along. This is going to be a detailed post so if you're here just to call people faggots and talk shit, may as well skip to the bottom.
Part 1: Faith Vickers vs Ethan Oliver Ralph - DVRO (Domestic Violence Restraining Order) & Custody Agreement
Section 1 - DVRO
Faith and her son Xander have a five (5) year DVRO against Ralph. This means Ralph essentially cannot direct or indirectly (through use of someone else / proxy) interact with either of them. He cannot talk about them, to them or to people connected to them if there's any intent for them to relay what he's saying to them back to Faith or Xander. Ralph can state factual things such as "Faith Vickers is the mother of my son." or "Faith Vickers currently has custody of my son." He can state facts like these, but anything outside of that could become a violation.
Essentially Ralph cannot contact, or discuss his thoughts or opinions about Faith / Xander nor can he involve anyone else to do it for him if its directly pointed toward them. The interesting thing about RO's of different types is that they can be treated as both a criminal and civil matter. This means a violation can have both criminal and civil consequences. See below a clip from the California State Judicial Website regarding RO violations:
Normally for an offense here and there, Ralph wouldn't get jail and only a small fine. No one is going away in cuff's for calling their baby mama a whore to their buddies. When major fines and court time become a viable thing is when violation after violation begin to stack over time. When it becomes a blatant and clearly repeated pattern that shows no regard for the court or the person that has the RO, things become more real.
Section 2 - The Custody Agreement
A few quick facts about the custody agreement.:
1) It fits as part of the DVRO filings.
2) It is not court ordered. No judge forced this agreement on either party.
3) This agreement was willingly entered into by both parties.
4) Both parties and their attorneys negotiated the agreement.
5) In general, if one of the parties wants to change the agreement, they would request mediation. If the mediation fails, it would be sent to court for ruling.
6) Violations of the agreement can be violations of the DVRO.
A few key items from this:
1) Ralph is required to update any change in his residence to either Faith or more likely Faith's attorney. Not a PO Box, but physical residence. Any time he moves and doesn't update the address within 10 days, he is in violation.
2) Neither Faith nor Ralph can discuss the agreement online or openly direct others to discuss it. People will immediately point out that Vickers has read the agreement online. He has shown proof that he independently FOIA'd the agreement and had the document delivered directly to him. This circumvents any attempt to claim that Faith directed him to do so.
3) As mentioned earlier, its shown that this was not a government mandated agreement.
4) In the return of property provision the line "including but not limited to" will come into play later.
5) A very under appreciated provision is that Rozy is allowed to come on visitations to see her brother.
6) Ralph and Faith are allowed to discuss Xander on a parenting app. Topics of discussion must be limited to the parenting app. Again, Ralph and Faith can talk on a government monitored parenting app.
Section 3 - Current Status as Regards to Ralph
With regards to Faith, Xander and the State of California, Ralph is currently in the middle of defending himself against the claims of at least 34 violations of the Custody Agreement / DVRO. These violations include his indiscretions over the government monitored parenting app, twitter, on stream and IRL actions. Vickers listed many of them on stream but essentially Ralph has effectively broken the majority of these stipulations, has repeated broken the DVRO while on the government monitored parenting app and broken the RO in general at various times while tweeting and streaming. Likely the court will write some of these off as frivolous, but there will be a significant amount that gets through.
What to look out for is Ralph and Faith's next court date on February 8th to address all the filed violations. At this point Ralph and his lawyer must address and defend against them and the court will rule on which ones are viable. Likely Ralph will also holler about Faith also being in violation and how he's getting screwed over, slandered, etc. Originally Ralph and his lawyer scheduled a mediation in early January in order to try and persuade Faith and her attorney to either alter the custody agreement or to simply give verbal permission for him to take pictures of Xander during his visits. Being that we all know what Ralph has done and will obviously do, clearly that didn't work out. He will now try to plead to the court to amend the agreement. Generally this tactic is more effective when one doesn't have 34+ violations to explain away first.

4. The parties acknowledge they were advised that any violation of this order may result in
civil or criminal penalties or both.
5. Mother shall have sole legal custody.
6. Father shall have agency supervised visitation twice per month for two days each visit for
1-2 hours per day. If Father must cancel a visit he is to give at least 12 hours advance
notice.
7. Mother’s grandmother, Reatha Adair Couch, may attend the first visits in order to ensure
the minor child adjusts to visitation with Father. This contact is to remain peaceful and
parties agree it shall not be in violation of the restraining order granted on 3/2/2022.
8. Father is to pay all cost related to supervised visitation.
9. Mother is to have custody at all other times.
10. If Father wishes to schedule a visitation on a Holiday (Christmas, Easter, Child’s
Birthday, Thanksgiving, Halloween, etc.) the parties must agree to the date.
11. Father agrees to complete at least six anger management classes, and is to provide proof
of completion.
12. Father is to be sober during visitation. Father is to drug test 24 hours prior to the first day
of visitation. Father having marijuana in his system will not preclude visitation.
13. Father’s fiancé, Amanda Lynn Morris, is not allowed to be around the minor child.
14. Father’s child, Rozanne Ralph, is allowed to attend visitations.
15. Mother shall provide all necessary supplies for visitation, diapers, wipes, a change of
clothes, etc.
16. Both parties shall refrain from posting or discussing the case online. Neither party shall
direct a third party to post or discuss the case online. Father is to refrain from posting
pictures of the child online.
17. Parties shall be limited to brief and peaceful contact only regarding the minor child.
Parties shall use a parenting app such as Talking Parents to effectuate communication.
18. Parties agree to provide each other with a current mailing addresses within 10 days of any

Part 2: Matthew Vickers (and family) vs Ethan Oliver Ralph - RO (Restraining Order)
Section 1 - Restraining Order (RO)
The RO between the Vickers Family and Ralph is a bit different than the one against him from Faith / Xander. It's less restrictive in that there are fewer provisions. Essentially a DVRO treats someone as a possible direct physical / mental / emotional danger which is why is has sections for firearms control, etc. A standard RO is more to do with someone being more than a nuisance but less than an immediate danger.
To break this down a little further, the Vickers family (wife, children except Faith and Xander) have a one sided RO against Ralph. Vickers himself and Ralph also have a mutual order against each other. What does this mean?
1) Vickers wife and kids can freely say anything they like about or to Ralph but Ralph cannot speak about, or to any of them either directly or by proxy.

This is where the whole "by proxy" comes in. Ralph asking someone else to directly fuck with Vickers for him is a violation under the terms. Keep in mind that the only way this could be held against him would be if Gator was willing to dox himself and sign a legal document. All that went out the window when Ralph doxed Gator. There are other violations, but this is one of the most poignant.
In a recent stream, Vickers lays out how based on what came from the service and hearing, there will now be a trial held to determine what to do with Ralph and his violations thus far. The next hearing will be February 17th.

The judge is now forcing Ralph to give him a full financial declaration in order to assign him an attorney. This is just for a small handful of violations against Vickers alone.
Consider what that means. As long as Ralph is a fat asshole that runs his mouth, Vickers can renew the RO, find more violations, spend another year repeating the cycle, dragging Ralph through court after court, making him run and hide from service and eventually bleed him of another 10 - 20k. He can do this an unlimited number of times. This isn't even taking into account whatever the court rules. If it rules in favor of Vickers, it can make Ralph pay for Vickers legal bills as well.
Vickers isn't going for the 1 off kill shot. He's going to quietly mentally and financially bleed the shit out of Ralph until Ralph either shuts his mouth, refuses to step foot in the US again with the courts looking for him or winds up 100% broke with his accounts garnished.
Now take all that and double it with Faith's separate DVRO and it's violations. Just for fun add the custody agreement, child support, etc. Ralph has 2 decades of perpetual court hearings, trials, fines, bills, lawyers, running from service and permanent poverty having to beg the judge for mercy. Vickers certainly has his L's and fuck ups, but this is a sound and brutal strategy that has a strong chance of success.
If Ralph refuses to see his son (nothing in any of this has prevented him his right to see his son as stipulated in the custody agreement) over numerous times and the family can prove over a few years Ralph has abandoned his responsibility as a father, he can legally be wiped away as Xander's parent and the Vickers can sever their last link to Ralph permanently.

- You'll notice Vickers keeps his Twitter perma-private. The argument there is he is not making public statement as he's only tweeting to people he accepts friend requests from and are privately recognized. Nice. After seeing that he is indeed in Nevada County, if the lawyer becomes assigned to Ralph, I believe Vickers will be able to further serve Ralph through the lawyer instead of having to hunt Ralph down himself. If I can verify this, expect Vickers to go out and by a commercial grade printer to start filing new shit on the daily. I’m sure the new attorney will enjoy the billable hours.
