Most of the differences in people of different races in terms of behavior can be explained by societal means. African Americans are raised with different values in their family and therefore explains most of the differences in their behavior.

I've known intelligent black people, I've also known dumb Asians. The biggest determinator in if you're going to have a high IQ is having an enriched environment. With quite a few African Americans they grow up in poverty, and the culture has less emphasis on getting an education, poverty leads to poor prenatal care and inadequate parenting, and even education, which increases the cycle of poverty.

People tend to hang around with peers of similar cultural values, hence black people hang around with other black people, due to the environment, then a lot of them become gang-bangers because there's a higher rate of crime and less education in impoverished areas, and it makes that kind of lifestyle seem more normalized.

There's not an international pattern. I have witnessed from experience, that African Americans even act different depending on the city, or where their family comes from. For example, black people from Innercity Chicago will act different than a black person from a small town.

Yet everything you say regarding race can be explained in terms of class as well. The poorer you are, the less likely you are to have a good education, especially in a toxic environment like a ghetto, where the gangs that run it don't want people to get out of the cycle of poverty.

Do you have a source from an approved scientific journal, even still, different races grow up with different cultures, the average IQ, of say a village in Africa when compared to the United States is obviously going to be less than when compared to an educated, wealthy country.

Also, quite frequently, there are concerns in terms of ethnocentrity in terms of IQ tests which don't always effeciantly demonstrate intelligence but more so determine your capability to learn. The IQ test has been standardized using mainly populations of either American caucations or Europeans so obviously, they'll reflect higher IQ scores for that reason.

Also, different cultures learn different types of intelligences, in indigenous populations, living and being able to live off the land and hunt/gather takes a large amount of intelligence that Caucasians don't have. Not every type of intelligence is measured by IQ tests, but just the ones that are considered to be valuable in a Western society.

I'm not sure, but I think I might have had some irl contact with this dipshit a few years back.
