It's really not that bad, my Internet isn't all that great but if you've got good internet and can just download the Archived VOD then just:

1. Throw that sucker into Vegas or whatever
2. Add an FX timestamp first thing.
3. Shorten the video using Ctrl+drag and basically speed it up to whatever speed you can manage to still understand the jist of what Keffals is saying. I was able to manage about 2.5x speed or potentially 3x at a push.
4. If somethings interesting, jot down the timestamp as listed on the screen and then go check it back later on normal speed and clip it if it's worth it
5. After awhile you can just get a gut feeling as to whether something clippable might be said after a few seconds of watching and if not you can jump 3/5/10 minute intervals at a time.
6. Remember: You don't need to catch every little thing, you're just skimming the surface of the slurry, no need to dive in.
