Reading thru this thread blew my mind as I am more familiar with the county jail he was in than I would like to admit. It's considered one of the worst in the state and I will vouch for that. Depending on what block he was on that gross motherfucker either got his ass beat, got extorted, or had to PC up. Anyone know which state prison he was sent to? I know some of them have reputations as kid toucher friendly, others he will certainly be starving in.

He is definitely high profile as such offenders go. He got the maximum possible sentence with what he was charged with. Almost anyone else would have been offered a plea to something lesser. Anyone who knows what he did almost certainly shares our opinion of him, and he would be in immediate danger if he were in general population.

Now, to share some empathy. Imagine what it is like to know you are likely to spend most of the rest of your natural life behind bars surrounded by people who would gladly kill you if they got a chance. That's what leads to a facial expression like he has in that mugshot.

Empathy is not sympathy, though. He deserves it. It is justice.

He strikes me as one of those dudes that, after either getting thrown out the cell by his celly for not showering, ends up in the hole for whatever reason and smears shit on his face tribal style (they call this "war paint"...not making this up btw)

Nick has already been locked up for so long that he missed out on witnessing the height of the Trump campaign and TDS. Also quite a bit of pocketmon games and Homestar Runner toons since then. Quite a bit has changed since he was arrested. Like a certain other lolcow in the "Jail of Fail", he'd have been free if he didn't get all rape-y.

Also the victim is already college age now. Hopefully she doesn't remember too much of Sick Nick.

Unfortunately, I think Nick is one of those people who are like that old song: unforgettable.

As for him not going all rapey... Schizoid Personality Disorder types appear to be not infrequent in sex offenders. 10% to 4% of offenders from what I've read, while the population diagnosis of Schizoid PD is less than 1%. Makes you wonder whether people with certain conditions should receive mandatory institutionalisation.

The vast majority of things like personality disorders, mental illness, autism etc could be wiped out in two or three generations if there was mandatory genetic and standard of living checks before people are allowed to have children. All the women in the autistic community are having autistic children. Gee, I wonder why? Maybe because they're autists who went looking for other autists to breed with! And even if the resulting children don't have autism, half of the time they have behavioural issues anyway because mummy doesn't have the ability to raise them and/or all of her time is taken up with their autistic sibling. If you have a fucked up brain you're going to have fucked up children.

The women in my country have pretty much drawn together in one mass. It's one of the reason Social Justice and genderfuckery is so massive in the ASD community as a whole. They all hang out in the same area.
