I don't think he necessarily hates them because they're trans, I think he hates them because they're whiners and pop culture panders to them in extremely superficial ways, and it used to be better back in the day when you could call em trannies and chicks with dicks. That took me a minute as well, but I think he's saying that telling people what to do or think when you don't like other people telling you what to do or think is hypocritical. In this case, "trans people" trying to tell you not to buy the game while complaining about JK Rowling trying to tell you what to think about them.
It's funny that he doesn't realize what that sounds like to these people. In their minds, they're just asking you to take on the minor inconvenience of not playing a game you want to play in order to save them from total tranny death, somehow.
