Whining lawtuber throws a tantrum, has a seething bitchfit about being expected to cover a trial instead of cooming in the hands of an immigrant.

Holy fuck that slight hesitation on "happy ending massages" is such a deafening sound, my sides are in orbit. He managed to catch that fuck up just after he got to the end of it and figured he should just roll with it since he can't take it back now and hope no one looks into it. This is somehow even more embarrassing than Bashurverse's spergout, and THAT is an accomplishment.

Honestly, I can't believe that out of all the grifters out there on Youtube and the like, Rekieta would be the one to lose his marbles over making free money online. I've only watched his stuff relating to lolcows like the DSP bankruptcy case and all of Null's appearances, and it seemed like he has a pretty good racket going on. Who fucking knew that watching lawyers do their job for real, in real life, for more money than those lawyers make, was the hardest job on the planet to the point he has a mental breakdown over not visiting the local glory hole in the past 2 days.
I’m gonna bring up another person to compare Nick to in this moment to express my disappointment in him and my amusement at his outburst.

Doug Walker is a weird guy who’s been making shit on the Internet for like a decade and a half. I don’t really enjoy him that much and Doug has had his share of drama (people on and off site gave are still autistically looking into the Channel Awesome Doc).
Doug much like Rekieta at some point realized that he wasn’t enjoying what he was doing and pissed off a ton of his fans by discontinuing a series. Doug had issues for years with inserting shit that some fans didn’t like in his videos (unfunny skits rather than coom), but eventually Doug brought the series after his others failed. He also seemed to realize that even though he disliked doing it, he still made a living making stupid videos and could try to make something both viable and fun at the same time.

Nick doesn’t realize how easy he has it. Most of his panel guests still work a fucking job. Yeah, sitting on your ass is boring, but you rake in money. The coverage for Depp was long as shit. Covering week long or so trials seems like a bitch. Maybe you should actually schedule better rather than bitching to an audience. Find a neat trial and either do live coverage or do highlight coverage.
I’m annoyed by this GRIDS having blockhead. Piss and cry more about having to work.

He also seemed to realize that even though he disliked doing it, he still made a living making stupid videos and could try to make something both viable and fun at the same time.
Doug seems capable of laughing at himself, even more so these days. I can't remember any unhinged rants over jokes about his obese wife or him being bald, or when people bitched about him knowing about JewRapio (spoilers: a bunch of them knew).

Nick pretends to be able to laugh at himself (jokes about the nose, etc), but he's always got shitty with anything too personal. When PPP started joking about the wife's tit massage - which was fucking weird - Nick sperged out, even though it was clear trolling. Now everyone is calling him a cuck and degenerate, again he's taking it way too seriously and spazzing out.

Maybe not a deadbeat technically but he's certainly a fucking loser if he's bragging about not putting a penny into his daughters College fund because of his pathological hangups about women.
A Father is supposed to protect, raise and support their child, now if it was if he has issues with Universities thats another matter, I do myself they're Indoctrination camps and useless if you're not in a STEM field, but his problem isn't the College system, its that she's a female and he has this weird (totally Big Alpha :story: ) hang up with women, he feels punished because he doesn't have a son to share Muh Dik stories with, if he had a son I wonder if he'd be proud of being a shitty irresponsible parent...
Seriously for a guy so desperate to present himself as this non simp Alpha Male poser, his fucking entire attitude screams Supreme Gentleman that resents women.
It's pure rationalization, like Drex thinks the only reason he'd give his daughter money is for college. People need money if they're getting married, starting a business, moving ......... all of which is easier if they have a starting cushion. She could even start contributing to it when she gets a part-time job. He just gilds his laziness as principled opposition.

Nick, how can you keep this animal around you and your family knowing that he has zero conflict with not just having a relationship with the child of a friend, but a BDSM relationship? That is cucked beyond cucked and treading dangerous waters. But I dunno maybe there's something about it being fine in the Bible so it can be justified.
There's a whole bit about how whoring out your daughters is peak degeneracy on the level that gets the entire town smote in a fire. (Sodom and Gomorrah) Lot only gets saved because he had some flash of shame about it.

Here is the hollering with full context. Never clipped a live show before so I had to do things differently. I messed up a few times visually (mouse on screen) but the audio is perfectly fine throughout. Someone can do a better job later if they want. My unsolicited opinion is that nick is correct and I agree with him. He wants law opinions instead of palm readings and feels that the people doing analysis could better use their skills elsewhere.

(Also, yes, that's my telegram ping.)
Why does Rekieta care about what the gallery thinks at a trial? They are anywhere from reporters who have to be there, Nancy Grace, family members of the accused, and random other busybodies. They have zero to do with how the jury decides the case. The only way this makes sense is if you see the gallery as just more jury members who are allowed to express themselves, like Potentially Criminal said, but as we saw in the Depp trial, it's not at all the case that they are letting in people who haven't already made up their minds. Why does anyone give a shit about finding out what those people think? The "buzz"? I already know what they think about the trial because they're me - people too interested in something that doesn't involve them.

And if DUI Guy isn't qualified to talk about jury analysis because he doesn't know what the legal strategy is, then wouldn't it be the case that no jury is qualified to determine the facts because they don't know going in what each side is trying to "prove" in exactly the order they're going to do it? W T F, he is not making his points well at all. That's just admitting the "Theory of the Case" matters not a whit because it's all about selecting the right jury and nothing else, which is ALSO tea leaf reading. Why even bother doing legal analysis on the merits of the arguments? Why bother having trials? L O L.

"I only bring my guests on because my audience is too dumb to know better" is LMAO.

I think this is why Emily is doing way better than Nick in terms of viewership right now. She has a decade of experience as a deputy DA to draw from. When she discusses trials, she's able to say, "Here's how normal people think this process works. Here's how law school teaches you this process is supposed to work. Here's how it works in reality."

Nick has always been missing that last part. He has charisma, but so does Emily.

Except, she seems to actually like her kids, respect her spouse, and isn't allergic to hard work.
Emily is very quick with her opinions ("I wouldn't have done that" "I would have phrased the question like this") that gives the audience an alternate to think about and chew on. Nick thinks the audience just guzzles it straight down. He thinks this is a big truth moment instead of everyone being like, "Yeah, duh, we already take that into account when we watch people because we just like how they talk about it."

I won't be shocked to see Branca hesitate on joining future episodes of Nick's stream, he probably will continue to coast out this trial, but never again, cause unlike Nick he is trying to sell a genuine product to help people understand the law whilst Nick gets pissfaced shit fucking drunk and screams at the camera. If you're trying to sell books and put yourself out there as a good defense attorney, that shit ain't it Chief.

You could tell he wants to laugh, but his professionality told him not to, cause Nick sounds like an utter psycho with his rant. The real question is is Kurt wanting to laugh at Nick or tell him to shut up.
I think Kurt was relishing seeing Nick take the mask off so completely, like he doesn't have to hide being wary of him now. Or doesn't have to feel like if he only had a happy marriage and successful channel, all his problems would be fixed. It's a delight watching someone come down after they've acted high and mighty themselves.

He is literally shilling organic food powders. I thought the gold scam was a low point.
Goodlawgic would kill to be so lucky. Decided to tune in and lasted five minutes. This clown is seriously reaction streaming the state of the union? He really wants to be Steven Crowder, doesn't he? Also I can't stop thinking about how much his whiny voice annoys me now, he's going to sound like Hasbulla by the time he hits 65. And here I thought whiskey makes your voice deeper.

The man who hates drama again starts drama to make money. $3709 on yt in 178 chats. Not so great on rumble though with the drama.

edit: Barnes is also super big on jury analysis. I wonder if that will cause any issues. He made a huge deal about it during Rittenhouse.
edit2: yt count was off 189->178
Worth noting that he was apparently offering to drink in response to high-dollar super chats. It was posted here that he was doing shots for $100, and I'm pretty sure I heard him say he was taking sips for every $20 super chat. This explains the high revenue for today as well as the higher average dono amount ($20.84 compared to around $10 usually).
None of his lawtube friends will abandon him unless he directly attacks him or is outed for something undefendable. A me too from a locals whore won't be that. They still seem to think that him making fucktons of money means he is successful. Rumble on the other hand is a weird one. They have nothing else as large as him streaming and yet he isn't on the front page. I am going to assume incompetence at this point but we'll see how it pans out.
I noticed the same thing when you mentioned it. Rekieta isn't on the sidebar at the left and you had to scroll all the way down the page to "Podcasts" to find his stream, where he was the 4th on the list despite having the highest viewers.

He's on the front page (below Trump) tonight. I wonder if they're downranking him during the day incase he may turn off viewers during that period?

I will say today is interesting because it's the first time we saw real pushback from the Lawtube orbiters. I don't believe for a second there's not a group chat without Nick in it where they're all asking themselves WTF happened today.
He is literally shilling organic food powders. I thought the gold scam was a low point.
Wasn't there some sort of trinket or gadget he was sponsored by in Decemberish where he admitted he wouldn't get the product before the contract ended, but he hoped it was good? That's about as low as you can get since I remember one of his big things was that he would never agree to endorse a product that he didn't personally use and could recommend.

I'm trying to listen to it to get copes about the hollering today and it's just Nick pausing every second to say "THAT THING BIDEN JUST SAID IS DUMB." Do people really like this content? :story:

1. 9/10 trials aren't publicized so we don't know about them.

3. Legal documents are almost always dense and boring. We don't always get Russell Greer's or Maddox's that make them hilarious.

He could cover the dumb as shit celebrity trials but Emily Baker has the monopoly on that and I don't think Nicks audience gives a fuck who Cardi B fucks and sues this week.

how many times has Rekeita been in court? I know theres always been lots of jokes and memes about how "if he represented someone fighting a speeding ticket they would get the electric chair" but I'm curious if there is some sort of ledger or just documentation in general that one could look up regarding a lawyer's case history. I haven't followed him closely but everything I hear about him makes him seem like an unprofessional faggot. He went to a z-list law school and his claim to fame is giving that anime guy bad legal advice?

Oh and I always assumed Drexel was a lawyer too, and that was the whole point of having him on the show too. Turns out he's just a random nigger who might not even have a job? holy shit lol.

I don't think anyone has an exact number, but he used to talk about it more in his earlier shows. Where you go to law school doesn't matter if you get the education and can apply it, spending hundreds of thousands more at an ivy league school looks better on paper but doesn't guarantee you a better education or make you a better lawyer.

It's joked about a lot that Ty Beard is incompetent (he is) and he lost the case but in reality, that case was doomed under that judge. The appeal was a weird pipe dream people latched onto even though 98% of all appeals are denied.

Drexel seems to travel a lot for his job, whatever it is, It helps him feed his lust for loose white women.

rekeita must have family money in order to go to a shit law school and breed all those kids. One thing all law schools have in common is that they cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to attend. Like I said, I really havent followed rekeita and he may very well have built up a decent practice, but his behavior, even pre-meltdown, would indicate that he is a lazy moron. But if theres like a public list of all the motions he has filed or something and it was in line with other lawyers practicing whatever law he specialized in, then I would gladly eat my words.

Drexel just seems like a really insecure idiot who is genuinely perplexed that his gross stories and lies that have never been questioned because most people just dont care enough about him to bother are finally being rightly ridiculed. Even taken at face value, the things he says about himself make him seem like a desperate, lonely scumbag. I bet a lot of it is just lies made up to make him sound like he is super sexually successful and "in control". He is so out of touch with reality that he doesnt seem to understand that his lies actually make him seem super repulsive and pathetic.

His legal history up to a certain point was documented in the papers associated with the Vic Mignogna lawsuit. He was at his most active as an attorney from 2015-2018. His legal work since 2018 has been very minimal. As far as I recall, the cases he worked on for the most part in the early days were small and not very interesting. I remember it being less than 20 cases. But its a long time since I looked at it.

More recently, he represented an accountant who had stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from businesses. The accountant claimed that she did this to save her marriage after her husband came out as gay. There was a plea deal and Nick's client ended up going to prison anyway. Nick had a tantrum in front of the judge over the sentencing.
There are ways to look up Nick's case history, but I think they cost money.

Nick effectively practiced law for three years as a real thing. Since then (2018), he has done just enough law to keep his law license. He always presents himself as having much more legal experience than he actually does. His opinions on what he knows are often ok. But there are big gaps in his knowledge that come from his minimal experience actually working as a lawyer.

He probably started hanging out with Nick for the same reason Nick joined the Cheerleading Squad. Access to white cheerleaders, and since niggers roast each other constantly he wouldn’t want any others around. So no one would ever see him getting laughed at while they call out his bullshit, challenging his delusions of grandeur. He wanted a safe space to LARP as a black man to impress the whites. Just like the nigger in “Whiteboyz”.
Recently, I started to see some retarded bits of speculation on "why Nick and Drexel started hanging out together/why Nick keeps him around" such as this one. In case you're new here, let me explain: Nick and Drex knew of each other since early middle school, and became friends shortly after. Funny as that would be, I don't think that 11-year-old Drexy-poo became friends with 12-year-old Nicky-poo for "access to white cheerleaders."

It turns out that Drex discord finally figured out that someone has been taking screenshots of their discord text messages. I await the banning of my discord account.

While we wait for my banning, let's have a look at the reaction of the cult to this news.

Drex does respond, but it is a lackluster response. It is immediately pointed out to Drex that the way he reacts is the reason people are laughing at him.

Drex cult has a BiG tHInK moment and completely misses the point of this website, then the coping starts (well continues really).

You haven't watched Tim Pool or Crowder much.
You've got me there.
That is 100% what the republican audience wants. Nick's issue is he is kind of shit at it and doesn't know how to flow a show without a guest's help. Before the coomer arc my biggest complaint was his boring solo article streams.
The solo article streams were terrible and I never watched them, but this seems uniquely bad. Nick's interjections are totally vapid and devoid of any thought. Ralph streaming Tucker is unironically better, since at least Tucker has actual writers to provide some content.

Greer and Maddox basically fell into his lap without any legwork. Nick admitted that he was to lazy to do research into interesting cases to cover and even mused about hiring an assistant to do said research for him, but doesn't want to do it, I guess because he doesn't really want to cover legal issues at all anymore.
I don't think anyone has an exact number, but he used to talk about it more in his earlier shows. It's one thing to reject a top private school for a solid state school. Rekieta went to an private law school. In general, private schools, even bottom ranked ones like the one he attended, charge more than public universities.

If you look at UMN, which is public, starting private sector salaries are nearly double on average that of Mitchell Hamline (the successor to Nick's school) yet the tuition is less.
There are ways to look up Nick's case history, but I think they cost money.
Nope. You can search cases by attorney pretty easily in Minnesota, for free. I think there's a link on the Montagraph lawsuit thread.
