He's got the 45th BCT SSI on his fanny pack. The 45th was in Afghanistan.
Edit: I should probably ask, is it allowed to put an emblem on the waist pack, or is this retard LARPing?
If you were in the service... you aren't wearing a waist pack. And if you are wearing one, you aren't putting a vecropatch on it because it'll be gone in about 5 minutes. Its most retarded of all LARPing.
I twit stalked the tranny a bit and their history is short, but looks like they've been mostly in the area the 116th operates, nothing doing as far east the 45th would be. The tranny was retweeting a lot of native rights shit, he might have used the Thunderbird or or mentioned he was out playing soldier with other mentally diseased men so he might have borrowed it.
No idea, but isn't that the normal cope of people who get chaptered out involuntarily? That after a certain amount of time, they can appeal their reenlistment code or something along those lines. I just can't fathom him actually making it through a full enlistment.
I don't think there is a wait limit on appealing your discharge code.
Depends on what you got sent out for, and what you're going back in as.
If you got out on a medical, you need to show up to your recruiter with a Doctor's note pronouncing you fit for service, and the military may still have you examined by their own medical team. They also will want you pass an AFPT before Day 1, and a lot of the sad sacks on involuntary separation couldn't do that BEFORE getting out and a year or five in soft civie life definitely won't have helped that.
It also depends on what's in your file. If its pretty empty or full of "Attaboys", they are going to be more likely to let you back in. If it full of evidence of you being a shitbrick, you are going to almost certainly be denied.
And it depends what you're going in for. If you are coming in as an 11 series, I don't think that's going to help. But you come back in as something they're having hard time recruiting for, they might give you a second shot.
Reserves and
Natty Light National Guard will let shit slide you won't get away with for active duty, especially if you've got a skill they are hurting for. But usually if its not completely disqualifying that will come up as an option before you're separated. And back in the day, if you were too much of broke dick for the Army or Marines, the Chairforce and maybe the Navy/Coasties would take you - But no 11-series retards or crayon eaters.
I also remember that if you were out for a certain length of time, they wanted you to go back through BCT.
