There was discussion before about why the arm is used instead of somewhere like the thigh, I think this is pretty good response to that question. When using the thigh I guess the width can't be helped but did they have to make it so long? Did the manlet request this length?

Assuming that's not the surgeon's actual intended result, imagine being this uninformed about the life-saving experimental medical procedure you're getting done.

Fucked up how they're advising her how to fix it in her "next surgery", like it's just a given that there's going to be the need for several reconstructions, revisions, etc. It says a lot about the safety and ethics of a surgery when the patients already know going in that it's going to be so fucked up they're gonna need multiple follow up surgery.
