No, it's nowhere near sufficient to get a dismissal but if your the Plaintiff and trying to claim how Nick is a huge piece of shit in his conduct during this case, it doesn't help to act sketchy as hell with the complaint you filed.

The lawyer has an ethical obligation to get their client the best settlement. Full stop. They should not allow billable hours or settlement percentage dictate what they want. Schneider has not shown himself to be LanDUI levels of criminal yet.

How is this affecting his contractual obligations to Rumble and LOCALS? Yes, he has the nice guaranteed revenue now, but I do not see how he is possibly paying back their investment. Rumble rants are almost laughably low and nowhere near what he was clearing in SC's before (1.2-2k USD per night). Even now look at his stats that Potatoherder posts and they are in dozens of dollars compared to YT's hundreds.

Even if it is a potentially goofy strategy (I am not going to do the research to figure it out), it's pretty obvious Nick is on-board with this and as a licensed lawyer himself, there is basically zero chance he's just being taken advantage of by an unscrupulous lawyer making ridiculous arguments just to rack up billables.
