I actually think it's almost an elegant solution for Ralph to get a full time nanny, the average wage in Mexico is like 500 USD equivalent. Let's assume living costs + wage is about that. Ralph could easily afford this.

It seems Ethan thinks Meigh is pregnant based on a late or missed period (this is purely speculation on my part; it's just the earliest possible pregnancy symptom). Also, I presume if Meigh already pissed on a stick and got a positive it would've been posted to Twitter by now. If so, this would put us at approximately week 4.

At week 4 there is not even an embryo yet - basically it's just a fertilized egg embedding into the uterus. It's BEYOND "too early" to announce. It'd be like Picasso declaring a totally blank canvas as his next masterpiece.

If I'm right it'll be interesting to see how he walks it back - will be say it's a work? Will he berate Meigh and make her apologize on steam for getting her dates mixed up? Maybe he'll try something new and just memory-hole it.
