Of course he doesn't, and he was never going to regardless of strokes. There's a reason people say his 4 food groups are meat, cheese, grease, and sugar. He has the palette of an 8 year old, throws tantrums over the most absurd shit(like complaining that fast food menu items don't look like the marketing pictures), glops heaps of sauce on things(especially salad), has zero patience when it comes to waiting on things to cook(that's why everything is under-done, watery, not browned, etc.) with his primary concern being consumption of calories.Watching his videos, what I find really disturbing in hindsight is his fundamental misunderstanding of how the science of cooking works. Most cooks don't know "food science" but they get a general sense of what works from experience and common sense, but Jack totally lacks that. Things like undercooking meat, not understanding how bacteria grows, not understanding how flavors are meant to compliment or contrast, or how some things just don't go together, and even the little things like making "pineapple jello" with actual pineapples and lemon jello; pineapple is really acidic, so the jello won't set. (Some canned brands aren't acidic enough to break it down but he never even mentions that and the jello always looks very watery so nvm). Not understanding how quickly calories, sodium and other bad stuff can quickly pile up when you recklessly mix things together, etc.
All of it paints a portrait of someone who just simply doesn't understand how food works, and just throws stuff together haphazardly rather than actually cooks. I'm not surprised he gave himself multiple strokes chugging 12 energy drinks a day, he probably didn't even think for a second about potentially overdosing on caffeine.
His understanding of food science is on par with a 16th century plague doctor's understand of medical science, and the results are just as disastrous.
Forget the food science, his lack of understanding of food in general compared to most other grown adults in a first world country is just laughably bad to the point where people assume he must be retarded since 15 years into his cooking bullshit channel a normal human being would have learned something. Instead we get the life journey of an entitled piece of shit who hasn't done an honest days work in ages, and will blame any and everything on other people while anything he should be doing is something he can just rely on god to handle.
edit: Of course as I'm posting this someone found Jack's stupid ass trying to attribute his problems to fucking stevia instead of the multitude of factors entirely in his control if he bothered to actually give a shit. Couldn't make this shit up if you tried to just pretend there was some entity named "Jack" and imagined him as one of the worst human being possible without actively being malignant to society.
