Because he himself is stupid and doesn't know the first thing about debating people. It's not even the Democrats or even the Republican fault that inflation happened (though we were all due for it), but due to the entire world shutting down shipping and never going back to normal. The Democrats giving away money to Ukraine and the Republicans giving away money for the lock downs just made things worse. At least in Canada you had to pay that money back and you weren't given tens of thousands of dollars.

Also actually dropping $5K up front is pure retardation. It's preferable just to pay them for an angry demand letter up front, with the proviso that if shit gets real, you'll retain them for the actual lolsuit. Plenty of lawyers will do this kind of thing for free because it's nearly zero effort but could pay off big since you'll actually hire them if the letter doesn't work.
And much of the time, people will cave in to a demand letter that comes on a lawyer's letterhead.

like supeona the police for the phone number? im no lawyer so i cant say that part, but if the person who swatted him was smart which in that case would rule out piggy swatting himself then that person/persons probably used an untraceable number such as a throwaway voip or a burner phone. so i doubt it would do much.
yeah im sure the police would love nothing more than to get their hands on whomever is involved with swatting to make an example of. i have doubt they have checked the number and found the called had used a voip number of burner. the first faggot to get lazy/stupid about opsec and get caught swatting is going to have hell to pay for it.
