Were the nudes taken from DMs? I just saw the screenshot that looked like they were posted to some chan. Or did someone post them to some board pulling them off of the DMs?

And the real lesson is don't run any code someone sends you in a fucking DM! Even a game mod!

You can even see how that attacker was prepared to engineer it. A security aware admin would say, "What are the mods? I'll download them myself," to which the attacker would say "It's a whole lot of mods. It's easier to use this zip."

If he dumped the objects table together with activites one, they could've been read. Even more, if he dumped the whole DB, including the users table (which includes private keys of ActivityPub actors), then anyone could *be* chudbuds and broadcast signed activities to instances that have remote accounts from there cached.

Post number 482726 I've made on the internet saying password managers are fucking retarded. Good luck scraping my brain, which is the only place they are stored.

While I agree with you about *most* password managers, if you are capable of remembering all of your own passwords without having them written down somewhere in some way then you most likely aren't using a unique password for each service you use and your passwords are not complex enough or you only use like 2 or 3 services. Personally I have about 10 different emails that I regularly use, VPN, computer login, KF and a bunch of random services all of which have a unique password. Besides that, each of those passwords is at a minimum of 16 characters long (only those retardo services which do not allow passwords longer than 16 characters), but most of my passwords are in the 20+ character range and each and every password uses a combination of upper case, lower case, special characters and numbers. It's would be literally impossible for anyone but the most autistic Rain Man savant to possibly remember each and every one of them, especially the ones that don't get used more than a couple of times per year. How I personally store my passwords is via a special encrypted text file which is then stored within a second layer of encryption which requires that I only need to remember two complex passwords in order to get access to all of my passwords.

All that said, I don't think that everyone needs to have such robust password standards, but if you aren't using a different password for every account, your passwords are shorter than 16 characters and you don't include the full breadth of inputs available to you when crafting a password then your security is a ticking time-bomb.

• Has to stream on a fed honey pot site to make ends meat.

• Is so broke he can't buy his horse wife a 60 dollar video game.

I have no doubt she'll be lurking again if she isn't already. Her little "woes me" shtick and feigning like she's some innocent party irks me. Like others have stated, she was warned and had help available to her.
