Might have been some other file or something sent to her. It's really not that hard to fish people with this shit, as you just need to have a file they want to click on. Usually in businesses they compromise one computer and then send out what looks like a pdf POs from that person's email to other companies for quotes over a year old. Sales people will open anything that they think will make them a sale.

So they could have just sent her a "this file contains all of Ralph's secret pictures that prove he's the Bavarian Hamburgeler and will ruin him forever"

Chudbuds wasn't hacked, but they had more access to it than a hack could give because of the RAT. Realistically they could have redirected it to malware distribution site instead of just a page calling Graf a fag. More so, they have all of the DMs, emails, and more that the admin can see, which once again goes deeper than many other breaches.
