The grime is visibly accumulating on the table leg and floor tiles, look at just lip of the table foot and along the edge by rozy' s leg. Not sure what color the grout is supposed to be but it looks like filth is filling up the space level to the tiles.

With no car seat and pantsu unwilling to leave the baby alone with ralph for ~30-60mins she can't even drive to a laundromat. However, handwashing or not, shit even if you don't wash clothes at all, there is zero reason for a 10 month old baby to have clothes that dirty. Baby clothes are fucking cheap as fuck, when you give away your kids clothes that they've grown out of 25-30% of it is usually brand new with tags on it. Unless you're poor as fuck.

I think that’s the most damning thing. Ralph just joked that it’s just her socks being dirty but it’s her entire leg and top of her socks that’s dirty which means she’s crawling around in filth.
