Lil context: Ralph said during his depressing diner stream that he emailed Vickets with some kind of peace offering, most likely offering no contest plea, and complained Vickers didn't reply. It was my understanding that he emailed Vickers himself / not his lawyer because I think he even said "I shouldn't have done it" 'cos he has RO with Vickers, but I'd have to double check.
I’m suspecting the first rule of RO club is if you get contacted by the person restrained you don’t reply but forward everything to the court/lawyers/cops.
the ragepig didn't email mr. vickers directly, rather, he emailed mr. vickers' attorney.
it's gone now, but mr. vickers did a stream last week with his wife, the guy with the smoking ass avatar, and some other guy named sam. in it, he showed a clip of the ragepig wearing a bojack shirt that faith had made for him, while shouting something like, "some whore made this shirt. i don't love the whore anymore, but i still love bojack, so i'm gonna keep wearin' it."
mr. vickers commented about how ironic this was, because the ragepig streamed this just hours after sending mr. vickers' attorney two emails. he then read the emails, in which the ragepig states that he believes that he is now his own "attorney of record", and that he is reaching out because he thinks all of these legal proceedings are a waste of time and money. he references an offer of goodwill that mr. vickers had made to granger after the first restraining order violation went to court. he bemoans the harm that he thinks it's doing to both the ralph and vickers families, and he claims love for both of his children, while also insisting that he'll continue to fight "for the next sixteen years", if faith and mr. vickers continue to pursue him in court. i think the follow-up email was sent minutes later, and was more of the ragepig ranting about his legal tenacity.
mr. vickers' response during the stream was to explain that he had told granger that if her client would stop violating the court orders, then mr. vickers would stop bringing it to the court's attention. he claimed that granger lied to him about not needing a subpoena to question the ragepig during the first violation hearing, and that that is why he failed. he admits that it was his fault for not having an attorney, then he goes on to say that he won't let it happen again, and that he will never offer the ragepig anything else. he pointed out that his case is separate from faith's, and since his case doesn't involve xander, visitation, or the dvro, there is no reason for him or his attorney to respond. he also said that he believed the reason that the ragepig was calling faith a whore on his stream hours later was because the ragepig has a habit of flipping his shit when he doesn't get an immediate response to his demands.
i literally watched it yesterday while i was cleaning, because it auto-played after i watched the pro-se jones stream. it's probably been deleted at the advice of mr. vickers' attorney. it was posted the day after the chudbuds hack, in response to the ragepig's gloating about the leaked messages, and was entitled something like "the good, the bad, the vicious ... and a big nothing burger."
