I don't think Mexican servicing matters I think it has to be serviced in the guidelines of the state issuing servicing (California most likely). I remember Null talking about Melinda Scott's default judgment was overturned because she serviced him with a deputy to virtual office which was valid in Florida (where lol cow llc was located) but not in a manner valid according to Virginia.

Yeah I don't know if their protocol for serving foreigners applies for cases that are not in Mexico courts. It makes sense that US court will accept service if it fulfils their criteria. I wish someone confirmed it.

Probably not. One of Ralph's more notable fuckups in life was he went beyond just implicitly begging for people to fuck with him. He plainly invited it.
