Couldn't tell you. What I can tell is that the scene with the alleged GG joke is taken out of context. As @Hellfire explained in the Zoe Quinn thread:

If you go to Bob's twitter feed he is super salty about Brexit at the moment. He basically says that globalism is the future and anyone who stands in the way is an idiot, that things of this magnitude should not be handled by a popular vote of the people and of coarse that the people who voted to leave were scared into it using racism. He also can't seem to understand why someone would tank their economy (at least in the short term) in this way. The salt is real and not just from bob he is re-tweeting a bunch of stuff.
