I do hope this makes it through and Vickers must respond to it in a court of law because of the section where EOR charges the @MWV keeps referring to EOR as "a convicted sex offender" when EOR says he's not because he pled "No Contest". Ralph has the right to ask the judge to issue an order to show cause, but the fact that Ralph believes Vickers may have violated the order isn't a defense for any violations that Ralph may have made.

So he could just write something like:

It's always amazing how someone with so much experience with the criminal justice system doesn't realize a nolo contendere plea means you're convicted of that offense. You can watch police interrogations with literal murderous hoodlums who know more about how the system works than Ralph.

IMO what EOR pled isn't what makes him guilty (unless he actually pled "guilty" I suppose).

That he was then convicted and given a one year suspended sentence makes him convicted of that crime. That VA law says that anyone doing that crime after a given date (I forget the exact date but IIRC it was in 2020) is a sex offender because after that date the crime in question is considered a sex offense then makes him a convicted sex criminal.

Was it December of 2021 when Ralph wrote to the court that he wasn't going to fight for his rights to see Xander because Xander would find him in 18 years or so and Ralph was putting his energy into the arrival of his daughter? Then Jim put out the "Deadbeat Gunt" march that shamed Ralph into paying for a DNA test that the Manhattan lawyer he consulted with said "never pay for anything" that proved he was Xander's father and put him on the hook for another 17 years of child support in one fell swoop?

Then he met Xander in October 2022, where he found out he couldn't take pics. So Ralph didn't even bother to visit Xander for several months. He did a decent job of the preliminaries (mainly because he whited out the Vickers motions and replaced the names) but the problem what he actually wrote to support his request was basically a blog post with a lot of irrelevant junk like "he insulted my late mother!" Where was a Spectre to help him draft the motion?

Vickers also has several weird ideas himself. Based on his stream last night, he appears to believe that "demean" is a synonym of "defame" in the sense that a demeaning statement must be false, which is just bizarre. He also has the long-standing thing with the private Twitter account, which I believe is basically similar to a Facebook account with default privacy settings, which nobody would consider particularly "private".

A real lawyer would have a lot to work with if they were representing Ralph, but they would also be more than busy with dealing with Ralph's probable violations of the same order. The best case scenario for Ralph is that the judge gets tired of dealing with each party hitting the other with alleged violations and tells Vickers to either STFU online or that part of the order will be rescinded.
