Community Tard Baby General (includes brain dead kids) - Fundies and their genetic Fuckups; Parents of corpses in denial

Iirc, it has to do with the timing of the egg splitting. Earlier twinning splits mean that each zygote has more time to form DNA independently as it continues to grow, leading to a higher chance of mutations.

Eggs can split anywhere between days 3 and 13. Twins formed in the two cell split state are the most likely to develop genetic mutations, this would be at day 3.
There have also been cases of people who had genetic testing, and it was "wrong", either a false positive or a false negative. Some people believe that it's a case of mosaicism, and all the ab/normal cells went to the baby, and the others to the placenta. Research is being done about this.

p.s. Talon's parents are still married. Chances are, the father didn't want to be in the video, for whatever reason.

Probably because the father (accidentally) did this to him. Sounds too painful to talk about for the monetary gain of some YouTube cretin.
I agree, and maybe the father DID speak but his comments weren't included because they didn't fit SBSK's agenda.

Anyway, the GFM page mentioned that Talon can go off the ventilator for up to 12 hours a day, so whether that was due to his therapies, or because he was improving anyway, that's good news.

.....Lookin' at you here, Globyn.
A lot of special needs families are surprisingly self-conscious about appearances. My feeling is if you resent someone making memories with their profoundly disabled child at venues like the zoo, park, children's museum, etc., maybe you're the person who actually doesn't belong.

Imagine wanting to send his baby boy out peacefully but his mom instead gets him trached up, chimps out about what actual neurologists (Gwen moment???) told her about the extent of his injuries and spend thousands on woo treatments that tell them what she wants to hear.
It is an unfortunate situation, but the mother must accept outliving her son at this point.

Speaking of Gwen, I’m still annoyed at her behavior during the years that her daughters were alive. Gwen already fulfilled the list of undesirable traits in an American special needs mother. She was a blond, white, conservative, privileged, small town, Christian, special needs mother. So why she chose to further incriminate her own image by acting the way she did is beyond me.

Would local story-times/etc be safe for Paisley? I guess my main concern would be infection risk and her trach/other medical equipment. I know she wouldn't be able to interact with other kids like a non-disabled kid, but I think an environment where she could at least see other kids around her age and interact to the best of her abilities would be beneficial.

They are still going on about the patreon. He doesn't seem to remember that youtube USED to be short form content all the time. Ten minutes or so was the max a video could be when youtube first started.

JFC that vain, virtue-signalling cumbubble gives me the creeps.
Making money and 'fame' piggybacking on the misery of families.

100 years ago his type would have travelled the country with a harem of 'freaks' and make his living letting the public pelt produce at them.
At least then his intentions would have been balls-out honest.

It's been said she's profoundly retarded, but I agree, she should still be allowed to be a kid around other kids. I do wonder how other children would react to her? As adults, we can rationalize and make sense of her appearance but I would think a young child could be confused and uncomfortable, to say the least. I honestly don't know.
Paisley has older siblings so hopefully she gets to interact with them at least.

I'm not sure how Paisley's doctors could tell, because she doesn't appear to be able to communicate.

If she isn't mentally disabled, that would be even worse, because she would know something is wrong with her.

TD people have profound retardation which is an IQ of 20 or less.

There’s only been 1 case where someone with TD has completely normal intellect but nobody has written or spoken about why this is so, including the actual man. (I forget his name, but he’s famous for having graduated college with a degree in journalism).

She not only has in-born mental retardation from her genetic disease but has been subjected to chronic oxygen deprivation by her mother. Her mother got mad at home care nurses for "thinking they know her daughter better than she does" bc they knew how to use a vent properly and she fired them. Chronic hypoxia could brain damage even a normal kid.

Samuel Mann, who is apparently 17-years-old with TD, is obviously quite mentally disabled, but is purportedly is able to make some use of an iPad and can scoot around his house on a boogie board. He definitely seems to have substantially more motor control than Paisley; not sure if there's any hope of that developing over time for her.

His parents had him actually recieving PT and OT if I remember right. Paisley's mother just continually belives she knows better then others about paisley.
