His proportions are becoming more and more grotesque by the day. His body is about 60 percent gunt and 30 percent head at this point. I imagine Ralph's final form is just two balls on top of each other, the top one being slightly smaller than the bottom one, with his stumpy excuses for limbs simply withering completely and falling off. I cannot wait to see what kind of dysgenic mutants the two guntlings end up as several years and decades down the line, if they by some miracle survive that long.
